The Holiday Warriors - Discussion Thread

Where we discuss anything and everything having to do with the RP! Especially hammer out plots, character developments and awesomeness ready to ensue.

So, what is the plot so far? Is it the general story of Rise of the Guardians, just away from the main story? Or something new?

It's a skeleton similar to that of Rise of the Guardians, I won't lie. Big scary mother fucker decides to come in and stir shit up. As for what Apoc and Pitch do, well, Pitch wants to cause fear and terror, Apoc wants to destroy the world and everything in it for some purpose/reason I cannot divulge JUST yet. So I'll try to make the differences end there.

As a Super Mode only though, walking around with LIBERTY PRIME made flesh would be grossly unfair.

Hrm. I'd be more inclined to follow President Goddamn America than a Hetalia character.

Even if this will get off the ground, I probably won't be joining, because my free time is going to take a nosedive very soon. Sorry.

However, I did wanna discuss some ideas, regarding where the Warriors live. You guys want them to live inergrated in Human World, or in their own world, ala Nightmare Before Christmas?

How about a mix? Some can live in the Human World and some can live in their own world.

Or a sort of otherworld thing. All of the worlds exist parallel to earth and depending on the time of year it gets easier or harder to enter each respective holiday's world depending on how far away it is. Leaving all but the most powerful holidays trapped on which ever side they are on for a month or two when their holiday is farthest away.

I just ask, cause people like Patty seem to live in the human world, and I didn't know if that'd be cool with everyone. I'm sure i can do a mix like the above two. Okay, for sure, I can get the thread up today.

Maybe the bigger a holiday is, the more it has its own world. That would mean Redivider would live on earth, since her holiday is next to nothing.

In that case, Jules may or may not have his own world, though if he does he much prefers staying on Earth since it's funner to dick around with people here.

In my head Bone Jangles lives pretty much in the afterlife/underworld dealy but enjoys spending time in the real world, helping wayward souls and such.

I'd go the Gaiman route though and include Multiple Choice Afterlife [if this isn't a trope it should be].

Not familiar with that, though I have an idea. The afterlife doesn't really factor into it since all he does is watch over souls on Dia de los Muertos. I was thinking of starting it with him on the roadside playing his guitar.
