I've noticed that the beginning of the full version of the OP of Wangan Midnight is quoted—rather distinctively—in the instrumental ED of Time Of Eve (not the song).
It's possible this has nothing to do with Wangan Midnight, as only the full version of the OP has this as its intro.
For what it's worth, the artist for that OP is TRF, and the name of the song is "Lights and Anymore". You can hear the first few seconds very clearly.

It's possible that both of these are quotes from some other source, since this motif's appearance in L&A sounds sampled.
