Went ahead and added my two-item list from the previous page, omitting the part about Failed Attempt at Drama.
After all, a regular Drama or even a Sitcom can have a Trainwreck Episode if a character is being McLeaned. Alternatively, it could be a Very Special Episode on Traffic Safety or Drunk Driving.
EDIT: Also, about a quarter of the examples have ZeroContext. Clarify or die!

I'd give a pass to hospital dramas, since they're more or less bound to have such an episode sooner or later.
Super Eight I'm more strict on. I'm not familiar with it, but reading it seems to imply it's an event in the story that essentially starts the plot, but the train crash itself doesn't seem to be the actual plot, which is what the trope is about.
Check out my fanfiction!I've pulled the last Zero Context Examples and rewritten the description a bit so that it doesn't start off by making people think it's mostly about medical shows and police stuff.
Anything else?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI think that's it.
Check out my fanfiction!Looks good to me.

I went ahead and killed the line about the Humiliation Conga. Anything can be played for comedic effect, so it really wasn't adding anything to the description, except for the obvious confusion.
Anyone who thinks I acted prematurely is welcome to yell at me, but I think the conclusions in the thread so far were pretty clear.
We may want to check the examples and wicks, but otherwise, are we done here?
