It is 350 × 699 px. I don't like the attitude that "the uploader allows it, so it's okay". Its height is double the width limit.

On my widescreen monitor, the pic is about 3/4 down the crunched folders. I don't necessarily have a problem with it as is, but if it's causing problems on laptop-size screens, then we could probably lose the first panel. It doesn't do much beyond establish how outclassed the Pidgey is, and the next two panels show how powerful Gyarados' attack is.

That's really good. The image is funny and clear, and won't require scrolling to read as far as I can tell (which is generally a good guideline for image height once you take the button cluster at the top of the page into account). Support swap.
