It seems like the example fits the spirit of the trope. Using a fake-name that gives away a secret to anyone who reads it backwards.
I'd always just used it as the "this name was chosen because it says something backwards" trope, honestly.
Moon◊Keep Until Better Image Suggested...this one's not actively hurting the page, I don't think.

Actually, looking over the page it appears this is a job for TRS. The page header claims it's about characters disguising themselves with their own name backwards, but the page itself is just a list of any and all names found anywhere that are spelled backwards.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Yeah, this is TRS work. By the way, reminds me to add Septimus Heap at some point.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOkay, I've taken this to TRS. Once TRS decides on the definition of the page, we can debate whether or not the current image is fitting.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! In lieu of that, I'll go ahead and close this up; we can start a new one once the TRS thread resolves.
Okay, so the image on Sdrawkcab Name is a street sign with a backwards name of it. However, that's not what the trope is about. The trope is how a character, when choosing a pseudonym for himself, uses his own name only backwards. A common example is Dracula disguising himself and calling himself Alucard. So a streetsign is Not An Example.
Noitom ot llup.
