Is it possible to be a mezzo-soprano with a very light voice? Can anyone more knowledgeable answer this question?

The road goes ever on. -TolkienThe clip's archaic quality makes it difficult to analyze her voice type, but the overarching categories of bass, baritone, tenor, alto, mezzo-soprano and soprano definitely have a lot of variation within them and it's quite possible for mezzos to have a light, soprano-esque singing style, especially given that a sufficiently skilled singer can manipulate their vocal colour to a certain extent and take on characteristics of another voice type (an extreme example of this would be Axl Rose, who is naturally a lyric bass but utilizes a bizarre mixture of light, heady singing and rasp/distortion effects to sound like a scratchy high tenor).
Because I choose to.@As the Anointed: Funny thing- I sound like that, (my voice is very light) and I can sing that role, which is a mezzo role. BUT- I've been classified as a soprano more recently.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPoqQdSeAXc. What voice type is the female singer (Marie Wells) in this clip? Her voice is very light. As I've mentioned before, I sound a lot like that. My middle range is very light but strong. "Love's adventure SWEET" I thought she could be a light mezzo, given as that role is a mezzo one. But then, I'm not an expert. What does everyone else think?
