Hmmm that might be a little bit of a problem. While I know the Ash Roller persona, I don't know very well their real life persona. They haven't shown up in the series yet and I haven't read the novels yet, thus I would like to avoid playing as their real life self until I get to see more of the character.

You know, just for the record, I was planning on playing that first Masanori/Fumiko scene for comedy, really I was. Claw, where do you want to go from here? Straight to gym or what?

Also, is it just saying the phrase that triggers the command, or should we rule that there should be intent behind it as well? 'Cause the way Limit Removal has been playing I find has been rather inconvenient.

Don't apologize, watching things spiral out of my control is half the fun.

If I wanted everything to go exactly as I envisioned I'd be writing a fanfic, not doing this.

IMO, the anime never showed any character saying the command without it activating. Thus I assumed no intent is required, just a verbal command. Actually, this might be the reason why Brain Burst is transferred via Cable Link; the parent can guide the child without wasting points.

Well, to be honest, I do find that a bit of an inconvenience, since it complicates dialogue and I feel like I've been steering your character around.

Hmmm we can say that you do need intent as well.

Now... when would be a good moment for Midori to make an appearance challenge her fellow schoolmaters, I wonder?

Ms. Takagaki should be in the school somewhere as well, so including her in whatever comes up should at least be considered.

Midori is 15, so we could have mixed gym classes, with everyone from the year in it, divided by gender. Which would be awkward in one Hayate Daimiko-chan's case, but everything is awkward with him/her.

On a side note, no one has any story arcs in mind?

To be honest, I don't think i'll have the time for this.

Feel free to use my character, though.

A story arc... I don't think we have enough people to properly do one. The only one that's still (relatively) active are the GM himself (daltar), zzzdragon, fillerdude, and me. As for Chariot and Clawthewolf... I'm not really sure.

The most obvious story arc will be an inter-school conflict (Umesaki against Yamashita), but engaging such arc will require solidarity between Burst Linkers of the same school, which requires a lot of building up remembering the current standing.

And from my personal experience, slow build-up is the thing that killed most roleplays out there.

I'm still here, my character is just in a zone where a Burst battle it going on... Though I could have him be in the audience

Fair point. The easiest way to deal with that is introduce some new element that'll force the plot to move along. Hmm.

I'm assuming Hibiki is in his classroom when he exited Burst Link. Somehow, I sense (yet another) Crash-Into Hello scene here >_>.

I was actually gonna have Hibiki bump into Ai, but if someone RP's said chance encounter then I'll go along with that.

Oh, and it won't be a Crash-Into Hello.

Since the Aspis vs Citadel battle has been finished, I politely suggest that we undergo a timeskip to the end of school. Afterschool is pretty much the only timeframe when characters from different schools can interact with each other.

I wonder should I write a scene with Hisako and Akio in the hospital, or jump straight into Akio teaching her how to fight in Brain Burst. But end in end, a LV 1 avatar PC will got challenged.

BTW, I'm stuck with an incredibly sucky Android keyboard until sometime in Friday. So read my posts with low expectations (language-wise).

Might be good to do some character-building first.

Yeah, we should discuss what we're gonna do. I think most of us can't enter the Unlimited Field yet so that's out of the question... we can probably have one of those fighting arenas, like the one in Akihabara.
