Booster picked Skeets up gingerly off the floor as the lunatic scampered away. It's a good thing he ran, because Booster would've probably beaten him into the pavement. But as long as Skeets was safe. There were several small dings across Skeets' shell, mostly superfluous damage, but to Booster, he might have been blown in half.

"Hey, Skeets..." He said, tapping softly on his eyepiece. "You okay, little buddy?" Skeets groaned, pushing away at Booster's hands and floating again, bobbing up and down slightly.

"I'm...quite all right, Michael." He said, somewhat dizzily. "Good thing I self-repair, though." Booster let out a sigh of relief, hugging the little robot.

"All right, from now on, you don't go by yourself in the crazy places."

Mary Marvel

Fly? You mean I can Fly! Mary told the wizard in exitement as she jumped as the grown woman jumped like a little girl. Mary bid her farewell not before promising to come and visit him often.

As she walked to the exist, through the cave and inside the train, even if she walked slowly she could feel a lot of energy inside of her that needed to get out. Mary felt the need to jump, to run, to fly as much as a swimmer needs to breath. But she was even more excited about telling about her new powers to Mercury and she decided to speak to him before testing them.

She got out of the train, and walked towards Mercury saying as she jumped again in excitement.

"Mercury, its me Mary!. You won't believe what happened!. I will be able to fight evil with you!" She told him.

"I thought you were a reporter, not a public speaker," Darwin teased.

Access silently contemplated Darwin and Gambit's comments on what life was for mutants; as bad as he had it with his existential problems, they had it worse.

At their comments over how useful Chloe's articles might be, he spoke aloud:

"Hey, at least it would be something positive, coming from a non-mutant. That's better than nothing. And even a few words at the right moment can make a huge difference. Heck this whole anti-mutant BS started because of people like Godfrey abusing the power of the press to begin with."

Jet

"I think it's part of a reporter's job to be able ta' string together a sentence," Gambit replied, before turning his attention towards Chloe. "An' Gambit was just about to get on your case durin' tat speech until you saved it by referencing Star Trek. You're alright, Chloe. If you ever want an interview with Gambit, feel free to ask."

"Thank you. I also make very good at coffee" She said to Darwin, Access and Gambit. While slightly blushing as she wasn't used to big speeches outside her articles.

Prison

"Ya know I can't control my power," Rogue said rather huffily as she picked up the guy and stuffed him into a nearby janitorial closet. Afterwards, she began heading down to where she knew Mystique's other cohorts would most likely be. Rogue was still angry, but she also was still worried about her mother.

Ravencroft

"Woah woah hey! Don't leave me with the crazies!" Wasp had darted after Booster as he charged off, zapping anyone who didn't stay down after the angry supehero had come through.

Ah, his robot buddy. Wasp came to a halt nearby as Booster saw to Skeets, smiling slightly. It was actually kinda sweet. Before she could comment, though, the sound of screams reached her. Spinning around, she spotted the doctor being dragged away and scowled.

"Oh no you don't." She growled, zipping down the hall towards the greasy-haired inmate. She raised her hands and sent out a flurry of stinger blasts at the sleeves binding the doctor.

Warehouse

Squirrel Girl crouched down next to Rocket, listening to him talk to the defeated man. She switched her glance between both of them. So, Rocket made a name for himself...Maybe Squirrel Girl could be good friends with him. Her fluffy tail twitched with excitement.

Mercury didn’t look up, busily texting someone. “Yeah, yeah, adventures and junk, but check this out. I had Lead record the trial and he got pretty much all of it. I’m going to autotune that final rant Greenleaf did and send it to her in prison, it’ll be hilarious.” He began mock distorting his voice. “I am cruel for thinking this way. I am abusive. I will cackle like a murderess who will lock a child in a room. Am I right? I’m—” Mercury finally looked up and jumped backwards.

“Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, how long were you down there?!” Mercury scrabbled at the air as he made a face like he’d set her on fire. “I am so sorry, I thought it would take ten minutes tops! I didn’t know there was ghost dimension time bullshit!”

Mary Marvel/ Mary Batson

"That will be hilarious!, I wouldn't want to miss it!." Mary giggled as she tried to peek at Mercury's cellphone. She then laughed very loudly after hearing Mercury imitating Greenleaf and then she continued saying while trying to contain her laughter "and all thanks to you for believing in me."

Then after Mercury mentioned ghost dimension she smiled and said "Don't worry, this is just me as a superhero." Mary said while smiling with her eyes closed."

SHAZAM!" Mary said as a lightning bolt fell from the sky and she transformed back to being a little girl. Mary the began to jump excitedly around Mercury as she told him as fast as she could the following. "You won't believe this, it was all magical and it all seemed like a dream. The lawyer that helped us brought me to a strange place with a very fast train, a cave, magical lights, a beautiful portrait, some scary statues, a globe and a great and powerful wizard gave me superpowers and the mission to fight for justice and protect the innocent!".

She then paused looking up and moving her hands as if trying to count from her fingers saying. "He gave the wisdom of Solomon, the strength of Hippolyta, the skill of Artemis,the power of Zeus,the beauty of Aurora and the speed of Mercury.That means I can be run as fast as you!, isn't that great?. "

"But the best part is that I can fight evil with you and we can have many adventures together!" Mary said as she looked up at Mercury while she attempted to hug him.

"Well..." said the man, licking his lips. "If nothing else, one thing we get out of this is seeing what we're up against. You see...we're the Inner Demons, Rocket Raccoon. We're the new game in town, and we're going to be the ones who ruin you."

"Both of you, knock it off!" snapped Mystique from the ground. "If we don't come together right now, none of us are getting out in one piece. Understood?"

As Rogue made her way down the corridor, someone burst out of one of the doors. Rogue saw that it was Avalanche, wearing patient clothes and a collar around his neck. "Rogue!" he cried. "Thank god you're here. Mystique said you'd- Come on! It's not safe here."

Wasp's blasts wore away at the straps, snapping half of them and helping the doctor to wriggle free. Enraged, the man hopped forward and tried to bite Wasp out of the air.

Booster saw the man in the bloody straitjacket make a move at Wasp, and jumped into action, firing up his force field as Skeets puttered behind him. He threw out his fist so that the man bit down on that instead, probably breaking a couple teeth.

"I'm not sure WHAT your deal is," Booster said, able to quip again now that he was calm, "and I don't care HOW small she is, I'm pretty sure that'd still be cannibalism."

As the other creature commandos arrived and started watching the footage themselves, Jacob growled and pushed past them before quickly following the path they came in by and heading back to the fork in the corridor. He then went down the other one and tried to search for Nina's scent and see where she had gone.

Ravencroft

"You can say that again." Raze glowered from behind the group, before jumping forward, switching back into his guard disguise midway through the jump. "We should be near the exit they use for trucks coming in with food, supplies... the police will be so busy with the main entrance, they won't notice us. We could take the longer path and actually walk there, or..." He raised the small controller for the collars that had been jangling from his belt and pressed the button, liberating Avalanche. "You could make a shortcut for us."

"I've seen worse, much worse." Godfrey said, looking down at his phone. "Turning on the radio, if you don't mind." He set it to one of his network's partners stations and put the phone down on his lap, buckling his seat as the news went on about the newest movies on the theater. Suddenly, the velvet-voiced announcer was replaced by a hurried woman. "Breaking news!" She said, as Godfrey's eyes sped down towards the phone. "There's been a breakout at the Ravencroft Institute for the Criminally Insane! We do not know who or what is behind this event, but the police are on the case!"

"... well now." Godfrey muttered, picking up his phone to turn up the volume.

Miss Martian nodded, letting herself be taken by Tony to a seat near him. Once they were all buckled up, she calmly put her hands on her lap and started talking. "I, uhm... needed your help on something, Mr. Stark. I don't know if you remember, but before I moved into the Institute, I was living with Power Girl on her home. I can't say where it is since I don't know if you know who she really is... you know?"

"The thing is, Mr. Stark... she hasn't been replying to my messages lately. Well, I mean, she has been replying to them, but they're always sad messages. I mean, there's no sad faces or emoticons on them, but I can feel that she isn't herself. I ask if she wants to go out for ice cream, she says no. I ask if she wants to join me on taking down someone, she says no. I ask her if she's alright, and it's just... fine. And that's just— I can't help but feel worried about her, you know? I feel like something's going on with her."

"So I was thinking that maybe I should try and make her leave her apartment... and I thought 'if I can't get her out, who can?' And I thought of you, Mr. Stark. You fought alongside her a lot of times, maybe you can help me get her back into action?"

Within a few moments after everyone had taken their seats, the plane was in the air, and once it was safe enough, Tony led by example in taking off his seatbelt and getting up to go over to the small bar in the plane, gesturing to Miss Martian to feel free to come with him.

"I..." Tony paused for a bit, thinking things over, though for a change he didn't go straight for any alcohol, instead finally just taking out a bottle of soda from a small cooler and starting to sip at it. "Hey, you guys feel free to pillage over here." Then he sat down on the bar itself. "I'd like to help," he finally said. "PG and I talked though, before. About a lot of things." He was quiet for a second before answering. "She needs a little time for herself. Out of...you know." He gestured around the cabin. "Out of this world. And you're awesome, hon, you really are. And you're good and noble and all that stuff and I get that you want to help her. You're a great friend like that." Another pause. "But you're also a part of this world. The...super and meta and...stuff...world. I think she just. Um. Doesn't want to get. Pulled back in before he's ready."

Tony glanced back at the bar, apparently reconsidering his decision not to have any alcohol.

"Now that right there is hilarious," Rocket responded sarcastically. Then with lightening quick movements honed from years of training and battle experience whipped out his laser knife and slammed the bottom of the handle onto the side of the goon's head, out him out cold and possibly giving a light concussion. The raccoon let the goon fall to the floor.

"Well know, let's see what these guys were actually shopping for....." he said as he approached the safe. He carefully checked to see if the crook did in fact succeed in opening it enough for the door to be opened. If so, he would open up the safe and start examining the contents while taking photos. If the safe remained unopened, he would instead bring up a display on his computer, which would show an x-ray of the safe's inside and begin analyzing the possible contents from the images.

"Tye up these chuckleheads here and then look around the warehouse for anything suspicious looking," he asked Squirrel Girl, "but do not open up anything that's sealed tight or locked. Know for sure Osborn's a crook of some caliber, but we gotta go by the book if we want the evidence to be credible."

"I'm part of this world?" Miss Martian parroted, raising an eyebrow. "That's not a problem... is it? I can look completely different. I can look like a normal human, if that's what she doesn't like." And to prove her point, Miss Martian went from green skin to caucasian skin, her costume changing back to her usual clothes. "See? I don't understand your complaint, Mr. Stark. Wait, is it... is it because I'm a martian?"

Chloe sullivan

Chloe checked iphone midflight to see the daily planet latest news.

" I hope Tony doesn't mind, or Perry is going to kill me if I am not uptodate" She said while checking her phone."Looks like the daily bugle still hates spiderman, oh and there are problems in the Ravencroft institute,maybe a riot. I hope our other superhero friends are dealing with it." she said to inform the heroes on the ship."

Jet

"I'm sure the other heroes will have that place cleaned up in an hour," Gambit replied, before his attention drifted towards the bar. "In fact, Gambit thinks he'll have a celebratory drink in advance."

He unbuckled his belt and walked over to the bar, and began fixing himself up a white russian. He overheard some of Tony's conversation with the martian girl, but chose not to butt in, only taking time to note that the girl was able to change shape. With his drink made, he returned to the area of his seat, still standing as to better address the group without having to turn his head back while seated. "So, any of you know how cold Latveria is s'posed to be? Gambit didn't exactly get a chance to pack a jacket. Hell, do any of you know anything about this place?"

"...not the world I meant. I mean..." Tony paused. "Look. I don't want to go into a lot of detail. The things we talked about, neither of us want to get into with others. But...she just needs a break. From us, especially. And it's not because of you, it's because of basically everything else." Tony offered a hesitant smile. "She'll be okay. But if you want, once we get home from whatever this mission is, then we can see about...you know, talking to her."

At Gambit's question, Tony glanced at him. "You know, I still don't even know why or how JARVIS contacted you, or who you are, really, but hey, I'm letting you on my plane. So far I haven't had too bad of luck with blindly trusting supers. Why should a national government be any different?" He chuckled a little at that, though it wasn't a laugh of amusement.

Miss Martian raised an eyebrow, apparently sighing, before reaching into her pocket and pulling out her phone. "I need to check up on this Ravencroft thing... but my phone isn't getting any coverage..." She looked over at Tony. "Mr. Stark, can you borrow me your phone?"

"Yeah, sure. You should let me give you a new one. StarkPhone networks are way more expansive than most of the others." Tony got up, going over to a cabinet, rummaging a moment before coming out with an older model of phone, offering it to her. "A couple generations ago, but it still gets everything."
