Oh, yeah, it was just a random afterthought.
They call it the Rumour Mill because every time one specific guy posts I definitely feel cards going from my library to my graveyard"In the beginning the multiverse was created. This has made a lot of people very angry, most of them on the internet, and is widely regarded as a bad move."
Doubleposting with a request for a game, because this way I know people are ignoring it rather than just not noticing it.
If only i had seen this earlier, i was desperate to play magic today so i joined a phantom draft on mtgo. Would rather have played on cockatrice instead because its a good deal faster.
I was going to say "not necessarily", but then I remembered most of the decks I'd like to test are either "mechanic aggro" or "tribal aggro".
Cockatrice also doesnt have me sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for other people to finish the round.
True, although I came up against someone using a Second Sunrise deck once where I think I was waiting twenty minutes for them to finish the combo.
I dubbed it "Second Circlejerk" shortly afterwards.
Last I checked, you need more than one person for a Circlejerk.
They call it the Rumour Mill because every time one specific guy posts I definitely feel cards going from my library to my graveyardI count "the asshole who first came up with the combo" as another participant.
Ah, I guess they could count if they're there in spirit.
They call it the Rumour Mill because every time one specific guy posts I definitely feel cards going from my library to my graveyardAnyway. I've still got 45 minutes if anyone has that much time free.
Won the phantom draft so hurray for that i guess. None of the rares in my deck (Soul of Shandalar and Goblin Kaboomist) ever bothered showing up so the undeniable all-star of the deck was Broodkeeper with Eternal Thirst on it. Girl got up to an 8/9 lifelinker at one point and the dragon did 12 damage.
@ Count Dorku (and others) no time at the moment, but what format do you normally play? i've not really played much constructed but i could try to put something together for later.

I usually just build casual decks.
Edit: I have finally finished a loopy side project: creating planeswalkers for all my decks in Heromachine. Not counting EDH or home-made Pauper.
Since at present I have 64 of the damn things, most of which are completely unplayable outside a casual milieu, this took some time and caused multiple headaches, ranging from figuring out how to differentiate one RG deck from another to trying to make a convincing-looking aven (ultimately failing and trying a different design).

Self-mill sucks a hard one.
That is all.
The problem with self-mill is that you're spending resources on losing faster with the hope of comboing off. I find Hedron Crab to be useful, since its mill is effectively free and you can get rid of a lot of cards quickly if you crack a fetchland with two on the field.
Edit: I should specify that Hedron Crab is not even remotely Standard-legal; it's from Zendikar.

Well, the deck I played against had Dread Return in it, which is banned from Modern.

But not Legacy!
Dread Return is fantastic in Legacy Dredge. I love that deck.
Decks with Dread Return in them are usually not going to be doing fair and balanced things.
Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you meant "sucks" as in "is not good".
No, it's plenty good.
I was completely destroyed by him.
So I bought a Commander deck, the Jund "Power Hungry" deck that features Prosh on the cover. I definitely plan on using him as my Commander, does anyone have tips for me? I'm mainly looking for cards to go out rather than cards to go in, I just don't know what cards aren't worth keeping in.
Also, would Life's Legacy or Phytotitan work in it? I like both of those and was hoping they'd fit here.
Anyone up for a few rounds?
Edit: As for Prossh, would you prefer to go for a "Prossh kills my opponents" deck or a "Prossh spawns an army of tokens and *they* kill my opponents" deck? Or would you rather focus on one of the other legends?

Oh sorry, yeah I want to focus on Prossh. I'm not terribly sure how the whole thing works (still looking at some of the cards) but the idea right now is token spam + sacrifice for lulz (I am totally putting a Dictate of Erebos in there).
I also want to shoehorn as many wolves and werewolves in as possible, since I missed out on Innstrad block. I already have a Huntsman of the Fells and Predator's Howl to force in there.

No, probably not. But - and no offense meant to you guys at all - if I did manage to pull off getting said job, I think it would be more than worth not being able to come in here anymore and talking with you guys.
