I want to see either Emrakul or Kosilek attack New Phyrexia.
Phyrexians versus Eldrazi. Assimilation versus annihilation. Does the Titan succumb to phyresis or does Phyrexia get unmade?
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Karn throws his hands into the air. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?"
I see it as part of a gambit from some Planeswalker that had been driven mad by a previous encounter with the Phyrexians
Koth and/or Karn: Aid me in saving Mirrodin.
Crazy Dude: Mirrodin cannot be saved, there is only New Phyrexia now!
K: Then help me end New Phyrexia.
CD: Fine.

Elsewhere, Kozilek briefly intersects Dominaria. However, that plane has been through so much shit that even the Titan is moved to sympathy and he f*cks off to eat Ravnica or something instead.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.How about a three-way brawl between the Eldrazi, the Phyrexians, and Bolas? THAT could screw a plane up beyond all hope.
Forward, boys! For God's sake, forward!Given that both New Phyrexia and the Eldrazi are involved in Bolas's machinations, I don't think he'd brawl. If the two come to blows, it will be because he intended it to occur.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Or because his schemes went awry, which would also be interesting. A set following villains who are trying to pull the Kozilek and New Phyrexia apart would be kind of interesting.
Also, Dominaria is probably still pretty mana-poor, so it might be relatively safe from the titans.
Today's Mothership previews:
- Reconstructed: Going Over Undergrowth, featuring Undergrowth Champion
- Serious Fun: Zada, Ally to Spells, featuring Zada, Hedron Grinder
- My Favorite Flavor: Smothering Abomination, featuring Smothering Abomination
I'm more excited to build Zada EDH than I probably should be.
In fact, I already did... >.>
But then, this is nothing new. I seem to build a new EDH deck for every new set.

I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over. They seem to be continuing a trend of Planeswalkers being assigned to very important positions on planes that they aren't originally from.
In Oath of the Gatewatch we will get a cycle of enchantments corresponding to the Retreat to cycle, but it will be the Assault from cycle symbolizing the turning of the tide.
I like it. Or "Attack on," given that many of the places they would be running to are already overrun.

This is so good, I can't even...
Forward, boys! For God's sake, forward! Are they serious? Are they...?
Well, alright. I'm not one to complain about cards from new sets before they've even seen play. I'll wait and see how it pans out.
But it really seems like they decided that the Eldrazi weren't obnoxious enough without Annihilator.
That's certainly an odd card.
And odd cards become a lot more important when it's out.
It stops animated lands from blocking, so it's actually quite thematic.
I see what you did there.
Powerful, but not what I'd call obnoxious, personally.
Rather see that across the board than say... Avacyn. Or Consecrated Sphinx. Or Deadeye and Venser.
Can be cheated into play, asymmetric effect. Seems good enough for Commander.
Perilous Research: Using Every Part of the Buffalo, featuring Greenwarden of Murasa.
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.According to MTGS we're getting a Felidar Sovereign reprint at rare, and a 4U rare sorcery that steals a creature with power less than or equal to the converge number.
Also according to MTGS this is the worst set ever, but since I am still impressed by the Rumour Mill's ability to be consistently the least tolerable environment to discuss Magic in, I don't really put too much stock in that.
I'll believe the Felidar Sovereign rumor is real when I see it in the official mothership card gallery.
I'm hard pressed to take a supposed reprint that's only been shown in a fuzzy image, with a weird authenticity sticker, and has the exact same art as the original (when's the last time that happened in a non-core set?) as genuine.
I just want a black member, really.
You know, if we ever catch up with Emrakul in another plane, I think it'd be kind of neat if she had a blue-red-black-green mana cost with Devoid. The Eldrazi actually seem to fit thematically into "every color but white" pretty well, I think, given that they're really just extensions of three titanic life-forms that have no inclination or reason to care about anyone or anything else.
