I'm wondering if we are going to get 1 or 2 Planeswalkers in Dragons as we got an extra Planeswaker in M 15
I doubt we'll get more than five/two for Dragons of Tarkir, unless the story dictates the necessity. As is, the best guess we have for the fourth Planeswalker of the block is Narset, and there's no obvious picks for #5.
If they were going to slip a sixth planeswalker into the block, I would have expected they'd bring back Nico Bolas for Fate Reforged.

There are rumours flying around of another Sarkhan card where he looks like he did in the trailer for KTK. "Sarkhan Unbroken" or something, I think they called it.
I know we aren't getting 6 Planeswalker cards for the Tarkir block. I was wondering if they were taking away a Planeswalker from the Tarkir block because Wot C usually just prints 10 planeswalkers in regular sets each year. I was thinking there might only be one for Dragons of Tarkir because of the extra one in Magic 2015.

Oh, that? No, I don't expect them to dock Dragons a Planeswalker because of the last core set getting 6 - as far as I'm aware, it didn't happen the last time they had 6 planeswalkers in a core set, and they're far too popular for me to imagine the idea ever even crossing their minds.
Ooh, an article about Origins!

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.Also a sort of pseudo-Return to Zendikar (and a bunch of other places).
Hey, maybe Jace is from Kamigawa and deliberately purged that fact from his own memory.
It's actually been stated before that he doesn't remember what his home plane is, so that is possible.
I'm still bitter that they went 'wedge block- PSYCH just one set.'
But hey, there's amost certainly another Eldrazi block coming, so.... meh.
Mura: -flips the bird to veterinary science with one hand and Euclidean geometry with the other-The wedges will still be there. They're just optional now.
There's a sneak peek of a promo Dragons of Tarkir rare card doing the rounds, a 7CMC black dragon (rare) with a conditional (two conditions even) creature wipe.
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over.I wonder if there'll be another uncommon dragon cycle with each brood's other colour represented...
It is not a wedge block if the wedges are optional. That means there aren't wedges.

Mura: -flips the bird to veterinary science with one hand and Euclidean geometry with the other-The explicitly stated that Kahns of Tarkir would be a wedge set, but that it would not be a wedge block.
There will still be the wedge-compatible cards form FRF. It's not really a wedge set but it's still wedgier than say, Alara.
Suddenly I'm imagining a lot of people getting their underwear ambushed.
I guess it depends how heavy DTK goes with the allied theme. Even though there are some wedge-ish cards in FRF, if dragons massively encourages allied colors, most 3-color decks would likely be shards since they have 2 allied pairs.

''The eternal question of reality, it still stands today.''They literally went out of their way to say that Tarkir wouldn't be a wedge block before the first set even came out. if you believed that it was a wedge block, you have nobody to blame but yourself.
I propose renaming formidable to "powercraft"
New Silumgar makes me think of that minigame in Mario Party where once in eight times or so, Bowser is lying in a horrifying Ready For Lovemaking pose. Also, creature type is literally 'elder dragon'... He and Sidisi switched rarities, as it seems. Odd how Sidisi herself is a zombie now, but cool. That's a story I want to read about some more.
Dragon Tempest is something to build a deck around, and that countering megamorph aven makes me think of a set-power mystic genesis, mostly.

Elder Dragons again? Aww yes.
Also, the return of Rebound with a return to Zendikar being all hyped up? Oh Wizards, you sly dogs you.
Rebound interacts pretty nicely with prowess.
At the very least, I'm expecting a plot twist of Narset being an 'anti-Sarkahn' of sorts who hates dragons and winds up hating Sarkahn if/when she learns what he did, which will wind up leaving Sarkahn heartbroken as he gets his dragons but looses Narset even as she remains alive.
Sarkahn: Look, Narset, I did this all for you!
Narset: You really shouldn't have.
Narset: I'm serious, you really shouldn't have done that, you idiot.
Also, I couldn't help but notice if what we see of Mardu indicates that they're not as free as they were when the dragons and clan first 'merged'. If the dragon fight is any hint about things, I'm wondering if the Mardu have been press-ganged into helping fight the other broods as the Dragons are doing exactly what the Kahns did when things were reversed.
