No new walkers in Khans of Tarkir.

''The eternal question of reality, it still stands today.''Not a surprise. They'd need to hold onto two more walkers for the third (large) set.
That's been the trend lately, 2 walkers for large sets and 1 for small sets if it's two large and one small.
5 walkers in a block...I wonder how they'll change it when the block format change.

Core Sets usually have 5, so it will probably end up being 3 in the large and 2 in the small.
Should be about the same, supposedly.
There are two blocks per year after core sets go out, right? So 3 in the big and 2 in the small would fit that.
Khans' Booster Boxes are at 74€ in Magic Card Market right now.
That's lower than most Booster Boxes. And that's after Fetchlands are confirmed.
I'm feeling tempted to buy one. Even if I never buy booster boxes (too many cards, too much money, too suddenly).
The only "but" is that they might cancel the preorder if they decide to sell them at a higher price, and that's pretty much a plus, so I can re-think it later.
Tell me one reason why I shouldn't do it. Please.

They call it the Rumour Mill because every time one specific guy posts I definitely feel cards going from my library to my graveyardWhoa there, Howl of the Horde, aren't you sexy.

Not enough money is not enough money. Do you want to be the guy that says to himself "I'll skip on food this week, but I sure have a beautiful playset of Duneblast!" (Note: I like Duneblast, actually!)
Also, there's a shipping cost involved that, at least for here in the Netherlands, pushes the cost right back over 90 euros again.
If I get the box in my country it's only around 8 extra €. It's still around the same price as a Theros box.
I do have the money to spend on this. I could spend it on other things, or in this thing which, at least, gives me a chance to get a portion of that money back.
I'm still pondering, but it seems just too good of a deal.
Argh, damn the addictive ink.

They call it the Rumour Mill because every time one specific guy posts I definitely feel cards going from my library to my graveyardI wonder if Sarkhan is the "dragon" for this set. They always have a dragon card in all their sets.
After the fact that they counted Dragonshift for Dragon's Maze, I don't doubt it.
Plus, aren't they extinct at this point?
My guess is that the time travel antics in Fate Reforged will bring back both Ugin and the dragons of Tarkir, so maybe they're keeping the dragon count on the low side for the moment.
Okay, I need the Sultai Khan for my self-mill deck right now, if not sooner.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents. So I've decided I want to figure out a way to build a deck around Narset somehow. Like I really, really want to figure out how to build around her and make it work.
Hot Soup. Make her unblockable and you can trigger her ability quite frequently. Alternatively, use a lot of auras (not bestow creatures - her ability won't work on bestow). Then load up on Prowess and Heroic.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.I imagined a lot of aura and enchantments and the like would probably be important.
The main problem I'm wondering about, actually, is the 6 CMC cost and the eventual problem of figuring out a way to get her out onto the board quickly enough to avoid getting killed or otherwise effectively be out of the game before I have a chance to get her snowball rolling.
Idea: Run her in a reanimator deck.
You are dazzled by my array of very legal documents.Run him in a Jeleva shell that swaps black for white.
You're also gonna wait Leyline of Anticipation, Vedelkan Orrery, Teferi etc. to cast non-instant stuff right away.

, I shall have to look into these concepts - I can't say I'm familiar with specifics or details on reanimator (though I've certainly heard the term used before) or Jeleva (which is a term I'm less familiar with), but at least it gives me a place to start from on trying to put together a way to make a Narset PLAY ALL THE THINGS! deck legitimately work.
So thank you for that.
Jeleva is a card that does pretty similar things and come out in Commander 2013.

Ah. I don't really follow Magic anymore, so I didn't see that.
