Is it okay if a trope page is split between a Trivia and a Main section? The page (which is still n YKTTW, but getting examples) is No Stunt Double. I was thinking the Trivia section could be applied to Real Life examples, while the Trope could be applied to in-universe examples.

No, Real Life examples go on the main page. Trivia/ is for work pages.
