At times it is a little bit of both. For example he usually see his units nodding to him or putting a hand on his shoulder. Blaster Dark actually talk to him.
The Reaper Games starts anew.It can get very confusing. I think episode 56 was Aichi's imagination, but given Psyqualia was active in that brief moment it may not have been.
However I assume Psyqualia does connect him to the Paladins in someway and visa versa since he's their Vanguard. His and Ren's battle did decide the outcome of the Paladin war on Cray after all.

Which the second season made pointless.
The Reaper Games starts anew.Yeah I heard they + Kagero all got sealed and Aichi had a Golden Paladin Deck now.
On another note: Okay, This is just sad is it really only the two of us here?

The Reaper Games starts anew.I haven't forgotten about this thread. I just rarely have anything to say and am not one to make random comments or repeat what other people have said. I almost never make "me too" comments.
Also, I don't know a lot about the Manga or the RL card game and want to read the manga to see some of this stuff myself. That puts a bit of a damper on me wanting to say anything when those are the main point of the conversation.

Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!I should be annoyed that you didn't deny that you're a lurker. I miss someone to talk about the episode with. No offence World Turtle.
The Reaper Games starts anew.Oh, me being a "lurker" is not a consistent thing so I don't consider myself one. Goodness knows I was active in the Badge creation process.
But yeah, if I don't have anything to add to a conversation, I generally stay silent. I'll see if I can be a bit more active on the episode comments in the future.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!None taken.
New episode: Say what? Kenji actually won an on-screen fight? Really? That was awesome. Too bad we didn't get to see Asaka beat Yuri - that would've been more fun than seeing Kai curb stomp yet another unfortunate opponent.
So the new episode is out. It makes me feel like watching Power Rangers again.
Ren didn't use psyquilia this time. Team Caesar has one win against New AL 4. This I still fine weird is what it stands for.
The Reaper Games starts anew. The only question is "Which one to watch?"
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Nostalgia. There were very few if any at all better Power Ranger villains then good old Edd. Excuse me Lord Zedd. Check out his character sheet to see why.

I would not mind seeing it all again.
The Reaper Games starts anew.So Chapter 20 of the manga came out Soul Saver Dragon vs. Blaster Lord Dragon. BLD looks to be winning as he has SSD pinned to the ground by his lance. However things look set to turn around next chapter as ch.20 ends with Aichi's psyqualia completely awakening

I need to start reading.
The Reaper Games starts anew.New episode.
~watches~
Well, that was an episode... I thought this show tried to keep the weirdness down to a background plot point and in the game itself, not shove it in your face as affecting people's lives.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!.....That was a weird episode. Deigo-san, please we need to see you again.
The Reaper Games starts anew.So I just saw the new episode.
Misaki and Asaka were cute this episode. I see the training really starts next episode.
The Reaper Games starts anew.Am I the only one not liking this season as much as the first?
Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy various aspects of it, but it seems like all the characterization and character development is not nearly as good. I know it is because the characters had so much room to develop in the first season and all those sub-plot lines were well wrapped up, but I was mostly enjoying the show because of the characterization. I find wanting to beat the bad guy and overcoming past trauma was much more personal and interesting than the current "I am suddenly weak again and must get stronger" motivations.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!As much as I like this season....I really enjoy the first more. The characterization is slow and stay mostly the same throughout the show. I get it Aichi needs to get stronger, but god does he lose too much.
The Reaper Games starts anew.Yeah, Q4 losing in the first season usually made sense (though losing against the military guys the first time was pure contrivance). Now they are supposed to be at the level of "national winners." It doesn't make much sense that they completely lose to some of these teams. Lose after a tough fight, sure. But most of the losses have been too drastic to keep up with the "realism" that the first season had.
I will agree that Aichi has had the worst "luck" of the bunch so far.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Aichi always gets the hardest fighter.
Random question: Why Missile?

The Reaper Games starts anew.
Sorry for the topic change, but...
Something I want to know is-do the Royal Paladins actually know Aichi? Were they really communicating to him through Psyqualia or was that just Psyqualia "talking to him" using the cards as "faces" to speak with Aichi? Or depending on the moment Aichi's imagination.
Like for a specific moment: Aichi's "I must do this with my own strength" speech in Episode 56.
Was that really Blaster Blade speaking to Aichi at the end of Episode 50? I suppose it's up to the viewers interpretation.
