Interestingly the Champions one says the six heroes are "only the beginning". I have a feeling Robbie Reyes is joining them. It looks like Red Widow is also going to be part of the team.

Also I love that Coates is bringing back the Crew. And poor Bruce... The Hand is stealing his dead body. Ew.

Aha, I knew it T'Challa was getting backup. Nice to know there's hope for him too.
Also turns Shakespool wasn't a new series, just a cool story for a special issue. Hopefully its fun to justify the cost, heh.
Damn though. That's a fucking downer.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."You can say they have a hand on him.
Non Indicative UsernameLooks like ASM: Renew Your Vows has been delayed after all.
The Crew huh? Wonder if they'll be able to get Josiah X in there somehow, or was there some sort of copyright stuff keeping them out?
so if the hand is taking banner's dead body, looks like he actually did die, and this event was as stupid as everyone thought
And if it is his real body? Because that's a very real possibility.
Also, this sounds like that aborted plotline from Claremont's X-Men run in the early 90's, where Wolverine was supposed to 'die', only for his rotting carcass to be resurrected by the Hand as their braindead servant. So far, this latest development sounds word for word like that abandoned plotine, only with Banner!Hulk instead of Wolverine.
Doctor Who — Long Way Around: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13536044/1/Doctor-Who-Long-Way-AroundHmm...
Angela Del Toro was killed, then resurrected as a servant of the Hand, right?
If, theoretically, she can be brought back from that, who's to say that something similar can't happen to Banner?
Mind you, this might depend on how New Avengers plays out with the White Tiger vs. White Tiger conflict, but I think that'd be my favored method of resurrection for Bruce.
(Assuming, of course, that he isn't just Faking the Dead, but I'm not quite as sold on that theory as alliterator is.)
Oh God! Natural light!I'm gonna laugh if after all this he is just straight up dead.
Theories on how Banner could fake his death so well he leaves a corpse?
You know, without the requirement of him killing someone.
Like the time Nick Fury faked his death with a LMD so good that it fooled Wolverine's nose
Or the time Matt Murdock faked his death using his infinity whatever doppelganger
Comics sure are ridiculous sometimes

Forever liveblogging the AvengersWhen the hand steal his body and raise him from the dead as a zombie Hulk they'll teach him advanced ninja death faking skills which he'll later go back in time and use to fake his death so that the Hand will teach him those skills
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI was just thinking today that someone should teach the hulk Kung Fu.
An alternate timeline Bruce who died of natural causes seems possible what with Secret Wars so recent.
I feel like those would count as murder on Bruce's part (if we are indeed assuming that he deliberately made it so that he could fake his death). Also, I have a hard time believing that an alternate version of him would consent to willingly risk his own life, which leads to some...unsettling conclusions...
Mind you, that sort of thing could be an interesting plot on its own, so I'd be alright if they did go with that...
Genius.

Oh God! Natural light! He could have just 3D printed a dead adult clone of him and did a body swap.
So, the October solicits:
Future Wiccan in Sorcerers Supreme, but no sign of Regular Wiccan, or Hulkling. Bah.
Hellcat looks awesome. "Who’s ready for a knock-down, drag-out, no-holds-barred CAT-FIGHT? Literally! Okay, it’s kind of figurative because they’re not *actually* cats, but it’s pretty close." You tried, solicit, that's what counts.
Ms. Marvel goes on a road trip! That sounds delightful! Not really keen on having to pay an extra dollar for a Red Widow back-up story, but maybe it's going to lead to Ms. Marvel and Red Widow meeting up and becoming friends.
New Avengers #17 should be great. The end of the series, aw, I'm sad.
Mockingbird #8: "Stranded on a sinking ship adrift in the Bermuda Triangle, MOCKINGBIRD must catch a killer intent on using her past to drive her mad… • …if the sea monsters, pirate zombies and Nazi sailor ghosts don’t get her first. • Giant whirlpools! Time vortexes! Ex-boyfriends! • Worst. Cruise. Ever." That sounds enjoyable. I love Mockingbird.
Ooh, Mighty Thor is a spotlight issue on Mjolnir. That sounds neat.
Vision #12: "A while ago, a robot created a family. And all was good. For a while. Then came the murders. The lies. The betrayals. The battles fought. The battles lost. The family lost. • And now, at the end, Vision stands alone. He must decide how he will go on, if he will go on, if he can go on. And that decision will shape the Marvel Universe for quite a while. • The epic, stunning conclusion to the most highly praised series of the year. Simply put, this is the issue everyone will be talking about." Damn, this is going to be one hell of an ending, I'm pretty sure.
Spider-Woman #12: "Porcupine and Jess go on a whirlwind adventure! • Plus: More diaper changing!" You're not even trying, solicit. This describes practically the entire series.
Moon Girl is always fun. "AND THEN win the SCIENCE FAIR while swapping brains with a 30-foot T. Rex not known for his smarts." I love comics.
Squirrel Girl #13: "SOMEONE is taking over the continental United States, but Squirrel Girl is stuck in boring ol’ Canada! UH-OH. • Canada’s not actually that boring, though: Did you know we have the world’s longest covered bridge, in Hartland, New Brunswick? It’s true! I’ve seen it! • It’s pretty long, I GUESS. • Anyway enough about Canada, we’re here to find out why you should buy this comic! REASONS INCLUDE: fights, teamwork, continental USA domination and a special guest star who you’ll find a TINY bit familiar? Everyone is at least a LITTLE bit into this guy and I cAN’T imagine you not being excited to discover who it is! • Anyway, yeah, it’s Ant-Man." It's true, Canada's actually a really interesting place. We've got a lot of stuff that's cool! Also, Squirrel Girl still has the best solicits. Even a Squirrel Girl story in that Year of Marvel anthology gets a wonderful solicit: "It’s the team-up — written by Nilah Magruder (M.F.K.) — you would have demanded if you knew your worth! You’re wonderful, and you deserve beautiful things!"
My October pull list: Champions #1, Black Panther #7, Hellcat #11, Mosaic #1, Ms. Marvel #12, Captain Marvel #10, Ultimates #12, Power Man & Iron Fist #9, New Avengers #17, A-Force #10, Mockingbird #8, ANAD Avengers #15, Vision #12, Spider-Man/Deadpool #10, Silk #13, Moon Girl #12, Squirrel Girl #13, Nighthawk #6, Wolverine #13. 19 titles.
X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Marvel loves cat puns.
Mileena MadnessI mean, when a cat-themed hero appears in a comic, you're kinda obligated to make a cat pun.
Edit: Looking through the solicits again, I missed the cover to New Avengers #17 before. I love it. Everyone is looking all intense and serious and ready for action, and Squirrel Girl is just standing there with a huge grin holding some squirrels. I love Doreen. Then, the cover for her own comic. Doreen preparing to throw Tippy-Toe, who's preparing to throw Ant-Man. That's funny.
I also like A-Force's swimsuit cover (Carol's swimsuit is a particular stand-out). Mockingbird's cover, with Bobbi's "Ask me about my feminist agenda" shirt. That's really cute.
That Silk #13 cover. Damn. That is a gorgeous cover, and very epic and badass. And oh man that Moon Girl cover. Damn. Reeder is amazing. That is a stunning cover, and so effective.

X-Men X-Pert, my blog where I talk about X-Men comics.Huh in light of the fact that Ulysses' powers work like an algorithm then Bruce Banner died for fucking nothing.
By the logic of Ulysses' powers, what he saw was not the future but a vision of what could happen comprised of his current knowledge. He had no way of knowing Bruce's current status of being depowered or the fact that someone else is currently the Hulk. If he had any of that info beforehand then that vision he received of the Hulk's rampage would have been completely different.
Poor fucking Bruce Banner.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."he also had no way of knowing a celestial would come, or that thanos would have a giant gun.
Space needs better space gun control space laws
Forever liveblogging the Avengers
It might be a future Wiccan, actually, since it seems like the book is taking Sorcerer Supremes from different time periods.
