Resist the urge to buy, and don't get your badge 0 day, wait til around midday of the 1st official day to get em. You don't want to wait a few hours to get a badge when you can just wait like 30 minutes. 3rd day events are usually the best, 4th day has the best deals, but if you encounter something you really want, DON'T HESITATE TO GET IT. THINGS DISAPPEAR FAST. Bring water ahead of time, don't buy food at the con its way too expensive, and if you want to go to an event, scout it out ahead of time to make sure there isn't a line growing.

The Anime Expo
convention is coming at the end of the month. One of the largest in the US and this will be my first time attending. This is my first convention ever, actually.
Anyone else planning on going? Can anyone tell me what to expect?
