I was actually going to defend this page - call it perverted, call it distasteful, but it's surely odd enough to be notable. But then I looked at the page. This isn't, according to the examples, some Japanese fetish that we're cataloging. It's just a list of people biting breasts. Sometimes, it's a vampire doing the biting. Sometimes, it's an animal. Sometimes, it's an accident. Oh, and the list includes babies biting breasts too. And men getting their nipples bitten.
There's no trend here.
Breast Attack seems adequate for any attacks against a female's chest.
OP: Regardless of the details, People Sit On Chairs doesn't mean what you think it means. Breasts don't get bitten just because.

This is a collection of breasts getting bitten and nothing more. The small amounts of examples that inhabit this article have nothing in common apart from "teeth meets boob". You get fanservice examples, Squick examples, real-life examples about vipers biting boobs (?), etc. This is not a trope, this is nothing.
And yes, it means what I think it does.

There are barely any examples, the description is shoddy, and the whole thing is painfully embarrassing to read. The page itself doesn't even pretend to be a legitimate trope, it just talks about instances where someone could get bitten on the breast.
