The Tale of Gemini:
I'm actually not going to say anything this time about the plot, except that this story was a fine example of why the author is good at handling characters both original and pre-created.
Part 1's What-If: Demise Under the Star
Jesus Christ. First the real Dark King comes back, kills Alex, and then Mario becomes the new Elemental Overlord and kills him with Joe Dark's help....And then the "higher-ups" erase Plit and force Mario to become their puppet...What a Downer Ending.
Movie 1 What-if:
Geez, yet another depressing ending to a what-if. This one did feel a bit rushed though, but not much the author could've done I guess...
Well, seems Part 3 is up next now.
Part 3 is starting, and as such I won't be using spoiler tags until later on.
I loved this start, and the switch to a first-person narrative allows for a better look into a single character's thoughts and actions, which is especially great considering a new protagonist is taking the stage. Not to mention there was a few good lampshades and some humor that wasn't forced in any way.
Decided from here on out I'll just add links to each new chapter.
Nothing much to really say, I don't feel like talking about this story myself anymore.
