I can sort of see it. There's songs I know of that are quite shorter than the expected 3-8 minutes.
Fight smart, not fair.Doing songs shorter than expected is a trope, certainly. I can name several off the top of my head - "Big Me" by Foo Fighters, "Particle Man" by They Might Be Giants, "Sex And Candy" by Marcy Playground... I think it's a trope. And I've seen interviews where bands do give specific reasons for why they'll do songs that short, for particular "feels".
That said, the name is terrible. I'd want a new one.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. One of the examples is called "Tiny Little Song" by Barenaked Ladies. Better title?
It's spelled "minuscule". Sheesh.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! As it turns out, not necessarily.
Of my three easily accessible dictionaries, only one lists it, and that just says "variant of minuscule". If we're going to keep the trope under this name, we should use the more standard spelling.
Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee.Clocking as inactive.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerAgain, even if we do nothing else, we should rename this to use the standard spelling, Minuscule Rocking.
Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee.I suggest we put up a page action crowner to (a) send this to YKTTW, (b) rename tbd, or (c) change the spelling to minuscule.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Agree, proposing Super Short Rocking
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAgain, "Tiny Little Song" seems best here.
Expired clock and stale. Locking.
Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.
Miniscule Rocking. Only brought 2 people here. 30 links. Something needs work here, but I'm not sure what. Is this even a thing?
