right but even fanart can tell a story, unless it's very bland fanart
New theme music also a boxIs there a place where I can learn more about this "Reverse"?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Google is a good start
New theme music also a boxYou know, this idea of Dipper and Mabel being magicians makes me want to write a series with child protagonists that features all the bits and knobs of alchemy.
Alchemy's pretty interesting. I'm sure I can squeeze four or five books out of the idea.
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.I really do enjoy reading "Gravity Falls" fanfiction that continues the story. Now here's the thing. A lot of my favorites are actually fics that feature them growing up, but it doesn't focus on the supernatural stuff. It's about them getting smarter about having romantic relationships and learning to deal with their personal faults.
They actually deal with more mundane problems with their lives and I really do find that authentic. Honestly, if a spinoff was ever made focusing on that, I'd love it.
The first and probably best of the GF fics I've read is a one-shot in that vein, "Zen and the Art of Infinite Pizza Maintenance".
There is no beginning. There is no end. There is only... Hooty.I get the feeling that a lot of people would actually hate it if that was the direction they went in for a sequel series, particularly if the is a genuine romantic aspect.
I don't necessarily mind it myself, but I think there would still need to be a strong adventure or mystery hook, though I think if Alex were serious about a sequel it would mostly be the same as the original series except with some edgier content, maybe.
Speaking of Reverse Falls, here's a neat piece of fanart based on it.

I know this fan comic was back in the forums here somewhere, but there's so much I don't want to spend the time searching for them.
Can anyone show me this fan comic? It has Dipper and Mabel at 15 and Mabel's going crazy and swearing because she realizes Bill Cipher tricked her. Who posted that here? That was here, right?

It's not the same as what you said, but it's the closest thing I can think of.
Thank you!
You know, it's weird how people compare Bill Cipher to Discord. Wait a minute.
Bill Cipher
Discord
Jason Ritter
"Freddy Vs. Jason" should have been like that! How cool would that be?! Yeah, I know it'll never happen, but I can dream, right?
Speaking of Discord, fun fact: there's a villain who appears for an episode in MLP that's a nightmare monster. It haunts the dreams of the cast, trying to gain enough power to break out of their dreams entirely and enter the real world.
It's called the Tantabus, but in my reviews of the show, I always just refer to it as Bill Cipher.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Over a year later after the series ended and the first thing I see a topic about Pacifica on /co/...
Keep, she became quite the Ensemble Dark Horse huh, I figured the love would die down but nope.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Well, the character development she got in NWMM made her a lot more endearing and sympathetic (to say the least). Not to mention that her interaction with Dipper created probably the single most popular ship in the series overnight.
I will say that the fact that she was pretty blatantly abused by her parents was never really followed up on is pretty eye-brow raising, but in retrospect it's not that surprising.
I mean, she was originally just supposed to be the token Alpha Bitch character who antagonized Mabel, so I'm not surprised her story was never really followed up on. Especially since we were already halfway through Season 2 at that point.
But that's the magic of fan fiction.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Still, abuse is kind of a big thing to just leave hanging and never address. Especially since it was played straight and not for laughs.
Not to mention that at the time people still thought the show had a ways to (three seasons was still the common assumption) so there was hope she would be promoted to major character status and would be more involved.
That didn't exactly pan-out to say the least, though it doesn't seemed to have bummed people out too much.
Yeah, that arc is possibly the biggest casualty of the show being reduced from three seasons to just two.
I really wanted Pacifica to show up more than she did after Northwest Mansion Mystery. I mean I understand that there wasn't much room for her, but she had great potential after her development.
I also thought some plot involving the different dimension we learned about from Ford would've been cool, which I've heard we would've gotten had the show gone on longer. So I won't fault that though.
"That's a to-go order. See! It's already gone!!"Anyone else preorder the $120 special edition third journal or am I the crazy one around here? Got my blacklight ready and everything.
Has anyone seen the Gravity Falls Deep Woods fan project? It's still in development, but it's fan-made animatics for a season 3. It's completely fan run, with a production team of 30-40 people doing it in their spare time, who have been been working on it for over a year.
They have only released the part one of the first episode so far, which is set in season two, and the second half of the episode is almost finished. The quality of the writing, animation, and voice acting are really good for a fan project, and definitely worth a watch. (They are always looking for new artists and animators who can help with the project if anyone is interested.)

Forgot to mention that they are also looking for someone to finish a scene in the next episode, as they don't have anyone working on it at the moment.

and just for fun "A Pine Tree Falls"
I don't think a triple post was necessary, mate, you could've just edited that into your comment. Just a heads up.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?sorry, wasn't thinking
