I hate to do this, but with only five days and one hat under its belt, no alternate-title brainstorming, this one really feels like a bad launch. (And we don't have a tag for "bad YKTTW".)
The strikes against this one are: Poor description that focuses on a Stock Phrase, and unresolved questions about what distinguishes it from Noodle Incident.
