If it's not certain whether the same thing will happen in the books, is it really a book spoiler?
We've already had at least two such examples. Stannis burning Shireen and Brienne killing him. Haven't happened in the books; whether either ever will is a matter of speculation. So, is learning about a thing that might happen in the books, or might not, a spoiler? It's got more weight than mere speculation about something that could conceivably happen.
I think that means that some events that happen in the books will occur in the show, but how they got there may or may not be different.

I found that image of Myrcella really weird...like Tommen is staring at her with Dull Surprise and shruggingin a...welp dem's the breaks fashion...and Jaime looks as if he's been given wrong directions.
