I think All Blue Entry. For the Pot Hole page it would just be restating the name.
"Oh great! Let's pile up all the useless cats and hope a tree falls on them!"As for pothole I would like to see a diagram like have
[[word hole]]
Then below it have the word "Word" covering a pothole in a street. (or more simplistic than that.)
And a caption "in this hole lies another trope page filled with more, using tabs for encountering many at once is recommended but it may ruin your life."

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!All Blue Entry +1
Pothole -1
I'd like it on All Blue Entry, if FE is happy with it being there. He rewrote, cut examples on, and locked the page recently.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I'm not convinced. An All Blue Entry is a common trope on any wiki; but we're the only one who use the term "pothole".
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Prefer Pot Hole. For All Blue Entry, it would be nonillustrative.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIt's not illustrative for Pot Hole either. Anyway, it's not supposed to be illustrative.
+1 for All Blue Entry

It is at least a Visual Pun in Pot Hole. In All Blue Entry, you'd need either a person walking over a completely wrecked road or a screenshot of an all-blue page. Not just one pothole warning sign - All Blue Entries have more than one usually, or a really big one.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIt's a Visual Pun in either case, and the idea that a single sign would warn of an entire article filled with pot holes is enough of an understatement to be a gag unto itself.
+1 for All Blue Entry, provided the small size of the page doesn't make an image a bad idea. That road does not look pleasant.
I'm not crazy, I just don't give a darn!If it's not supposed to be illustrative, then it doesn't need an illustration either.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!I think it illustrates All Blue Entry better. It suggests a lot of them.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.I support All Blue Entry getting this pic, hence why I tagged the thread as such.
+1 for All Blue Entry. For definite votes, that's 9 for it and 1 for Pot Hole.

Supporting All Blue Entry.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdGoing to switch my support here to All Blue Entry, since the sign implies that it's a bad thing - making it closer to Sinkhole than to the "neutral" Pot Holes.
That is now 10-0, if I counted correctly. Enough to put it up?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI'd say so. Now, let's get another eight votes that it's okay to go ahead and make it happen!
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.Or, I could just say we've got a good consensus and put it up. Pothole? Caption?
"There are plenty of them on these pages" is my thought about captions.
Pothole-wise, where does this image come from?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanBumpity. Are we good with a CBC pothole? And the caption I suggested?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanNo complaints here...what would the caption be potholed to? Captain Obvious?
I thought of potholing "them" to Sink Hole, but I don't know how to blueshift the rest of the caption that way.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman
I'm thinking this might make a good gag image either for Pot Holes or for All Blue Entry...
EDITED IN: Here's the page the image is from in case we need to cite it.
