Needs Help: Internal Game System get usage counts

Ran across this while hitting the "Random" button repeatedly. This is basically a stub (all of two sentences) that didn't go through YKTTW. I also see no recent history on this page, so I don't know how long it's been here. It looks like something worth keeping if we can flesh it out, though.

Somewhat OT Aside: I think we could use something like "Stub Alert" in the Reason for Listing box. I didn't see anything in there that'd fit this issue.

Well, I'd contribute, but I don't have much of value to add to it. I think I'll go looking for the "YKTTW Workstation" thread and make a request for help there.
