i think that this trope is so self explanatory people can't think of any words to put down next to it when they would list it as a trope. i also know some people delete tropes listed if there is no explanation listed instead of going to the history, finding the poster and pming them. see Zero Context Example

But this is a title trope; attempting to provide context for in-page examples is almost redundant, and a similar thing applies to its use in related pages.

How To Title would be much more intuitive.

Not thriving. Just ... not thriving.
First, it only has five wikilinks (four pages + one index), compared to 21 on-page examples, at least eight of which have their own pages.
Second, virtually all of the in-page examples are to the specific tune of 'How To [X]'.
We also have a recent YKTTW about titles to the tune of "The [User]'s Guide To [Subject]", which three people have said is basically Instructional Title all over again.
So, what do we want to do? We need some cross-linking and Redirect Farming for starters; I also suggest expanding the definition beyond just "How to [X]" to encompass any title that clearly sounds like an tutorial/instruction/reference/guide book. (Of course, we can also debate the merits of renaming it outright.)
