This seems reasonable. Even with we don't go for it, putting How Crowners Work in the tips menu is probably a good idea

I would definitely be interested in automating the crowner creation process, given a majority of the crowners in the RL Section maintenance thread for the past few years have been made by me.

Right now making a crowner is difficult and awkward. As far as I know, the only way is to go into Adminsitrivia, find the How Crowners Work page, and then look for the not-easy-to-spot urls written into the article.
I think it would make it easier if the Tools menu had a Create Crowner tool. It would lead to a page with this:
Create A Crowner
(some basic instructions text)
See: How Crowners Work
Single Proposition Crowner: (field to type page name) (GO button)
Page Action Crowner: (field to type page name) (GO button)
Image Pickin' Crowner: (field to type page name) (GO button)
That would be fairly simple and easy to use. In fact, even if it was just a page with the three urls simply listed, it would be easier than now.
I recognize the mods and Fast Eddie are pretty busy right now. I'm just throwing the idea out there.
