Argument for broken-ness:

• 4 wicks, 2 inbounds and only a handful of examples and edits. Appears to have been created sans YKTTW.
• The name, while valid I guess, is obscure enough that I read Long Runner looking for a trope with its definition, failed to identify it, then started a YKTTW for Long Runner Cast Turnover.
• Show Of Theseus tries to cover both cast changing and premise changing in its definition, and I think they ought to be separate tropes/trivia items. (I'm calling Long-Runner Cast Turnover trivia until someone corrects me, but I have doubts.)

Suggested action: cut, or rename and merge my YKTTW in.

Not for the plot-related aspects of Cast Of Theseus though.

Redirects don't have to be all-inclusive, just accurate.

No, that's only part of it. This trope as written covers show premises, too. If we are going to do a rename, then a new trope for premise drift needs to be written up, or an existing article beefed up.

I thought it was a great name. I don't think there's any great need for any schmo off the street to understand a name at first glace and distinctive, yet meaningful names are generally better than bland descriptions. The main thing that's important with names is not pickign one that will make people think it's a different trope, and I don't think that this is an issue here.

I should mention I also like the trope the way it is. Due to its nature, this can mostly only happen to long-runners, barring a heavy retool, which is why it isn't very active.
