I think Emperor Pilaf is one of those villains that Goku has never killed or redeemed. Pilaf is still plotting world domination.

Anyone find it weird how Dragon Ball games never let Frieza use his extendable tail in any moveset? I feel like that could be used for some cool combos.

Lies! Oolong saved it from Pilaf!

Yeah, but Oolong was only there because of Goku (and Bulma too, but Goku was the one who caught him).

Pilaf was going to wish himself ruler of the entire world (which we know works because that's why King Furry is the King; hims ancestors made the same wish). You can argue that the Red Ribbon Army would have shit stomped him out of office eventually, but that would have come later.

Pilaf was absolutely a threat to the world.

Not really, last time we saw him he seems to have settled in his current role working for Capsule Corp, same for Shu and Mai.

Last time we saw him was during the Trunks and Goten's high school arc.

I have this funny thought that if Pilaf actually got his wish way back when it probably wouldn't last long because there are people who could easily kick him off his throne. Unless he has a really good tax policy, I guess

It definitely wouldn't have lasted long. As I said in my own post, we have the Red Ribbon Army waiting to instantly destroy his victory.

It's continually stated that the World Government was 100% helpless against the RR's might. So Pilaf stood no chance unless he thought to then use the DB's to make their army into his army.

Without that, he's basically just holding their spot until Red gets taller.
