On Future Trunks: I'm not nearly as invested in him as everyone else seems to be so I don't particularly care about his suffering, but that so many other people seem to be indicates they got what they were going for.
I have to agree with Very Melon in that we were never given a reason to doubt Zeno's power in story so people waiting for that and needing a live example have their own issues to work. Likewise, even if Zeno did just have a button or something to destroy universes frankly raises more questions than it answers.
And, really, that there would eventually be another movie about the Saiyans with the new information should have gone without saying.
What's with this absurd nonsense where "cool" music plays while Goku beats up a bunch of harmless bandits? This literally would not have been a challenge for Goku at the start of the series.
Why are characters treating bullets as dangerous?
Well because bullets are dangerous to people who aren't the Z Warriors.
Hell, I'm kinda sick of Guns Are Useless as a trope.
One Strip! One Strip!Yeah, but one actually hurt Goku a little and for some reason Krillin was hiding from them behind a car door. Even though car doors don't stop bullets.
Also I hate Chichi. I really do. She exists only to be unpleasant.
Well that's because Toriyama had a bus just for her.
Though I believe it was Toei that amped up her nagging shrew persona. Still, the poor woman has literally never been kissed by her husband...somehow. I can't even begin to grasp how she copes.
One Strip! One Strip! The problem is Saiyans started out pretty interesting as basically a space pirate species and only got ruined from then on. I'm afraid it's going to turn into "Dragon Ball Minus: The Movie". :/
(Even then though, I'm sick to death of Saiyans. Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, Saiyan pride, Zenkai boosts, Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan Rage, Super Saiyan Rose, Legendary Super Saiyan, they just monopolise the damn series and I'm sick of it.)

"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"Unpleasantness is a kind of good character thing...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.No, because her unpleasantness has no good reasoning behind it nor is it ever used for character to development.
That being said yeah Goku is a terrible husband. "Who cares if your kid's going to be born soon? We need to go train!"
Also, for all of Beerus and Whis' talk of being picky eaters they eat total garbage half the time.
Garbage as in health wise or taste wise?
A lot of people forget that Chi-Chi's had
1. her husband die on her
2. her son (age: 4) get kidnapped by a demon
3. her husband come back from death to get brutally injured
4. her son (age: 5) depart to dangerous space
5. her husband depart to dangerous space
6. her husband take his sweet time getting back to earth
7. her husband and son (age... what, 10?) train and then go after androids who managed to destroy the world in a possible timeline
8. her husband and son (age 11) go after a biological abomination in which her husband, after failing to kill it, sends his son in to fight it AFTER HEALING IT
9. her husband die on her AGAIN.
this is just the Saiyan, Namek, and Cell sagas I think Chi-Chi's attitude is totally understandable, and I think that's some damn good reasoning behind it.

"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"As in he eats cheap, trashy food. Like when he's showing off to Champa with cup ramen. Or the way he creams his pants over cheap sweets.

What? How is he...wasn't that Veggie's problem? That doesn't make Kakarrot a bad husband.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I'm not saying Goku's a bad husband I'm saying she's under unimaginable mental strain
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"No one forgets any of those things. The story doesn't even usually pretend those are her actual issues. It's supposed to be "funny" how shrewish she is, not a sign of genuine mental stress.
Goku's a bad husband because he's genuinely never home, pays no attention to Chichi's feelings and strongly implies that he would not be there for the birth of his children. Vegeta wants to be there for Bra's birth because it's the right thing for a husband and father to do, much as he tries to downplay it. He also humiliates himself to keep them safe. He might not be the great husband and father but he's far better at it than Goku.
Also, who cares if her husband died or got badly injured? Not her apparently. She's more concerned with Gohan's studies when Goku is sitting there with every bone in his body broken at one point. And she rarely shows concern when he's in danger.
Also, this has nothing to do with how she's a bitch, which is prioritizing her children's studies over their actual lives.

On the subject of Beerus and Whis creaming themselves over simple junk food, you do have to consider that they are alien creatures and thus wouldn't have exposed to the tastes we humans have grown accustomed to throughout our lifetimes.
Their tastebuds are also just different. So for them, even something as simple as cup ramen is like drinking liquid gold.
I would consider saying "I want my son to be a doctor as opposed to someone on the front line fighting aliens, androids and demons from the pits of hell itself" caring for her children's lives.
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"They can't become doctors if they're dead.
Discussions like this also seem to stem from the supposition that Gohan (and Goten and Trunks) were normal children to begin with, and completely ignores the situations they found themselves in would never actually happen in the real world, so unilaterally applying real world standards to them doesn't make sense.

They can become doctors if Karrot does the fighting instead...
But strength caps exist for some reason...

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Meet U3's ace◊. Where he comes from, I dunno.
There is nothing preventing you from balancing martial arts with education.
Chi-Chi is wrong to deny her kids this.
Huh looks organic.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."That's all true from a rational point of view but try telling a parent that their child basically needs to become a child soldier for the good of the world. Any good parent would have a massive problem with this even if rationally it makes sense.
Gohan isn't taking karate lessons at the YMCA he's fighting alien mercenaries, alien tyrants, horrific cyborg abominations, and a fusion of the galaxy's most dangerous creatures.

There is a difference between focusing on a bunch of Saiyan individuals & focusing on Saiyan's as a whole/species.
This is very interesting & yeah were finally getting tails back.
Its like on story focuses on Superman the Kryptonian while if another focuses on krypton then that focuses specifically on Kryptonians.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
