You mean the one with all the tentacles coming out, right?
Crowner?
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerOf the pictures linked so far, the only ones I think would fit so far are those of the Three-Headed Knight from Monty Python and Kimeramon◊.
Pictures of Discord wouldn't fit because he's not a case of this trope. Same with the Egyptian gods. According to the One Piece Wiki, Baskerville◊ is a subversion (it's actually three guys dressed up like they're in one body). Alpha, from what I see on the wiki there, isn't actually merged with anyone else, just their body parts.
Cnocerning some of the other suggestions—I think any example of two characters merged into one body will just invite further misuse of the trope (which is currently being addressed at the TRS); we already have Fusion Dance to cover different pairs fusing together. The example image ought to be of multiple (three or more) individual characters fused into one body/being.
Ideally I think they should be shown as a before-and-after shot, with arrows pointing from the characters as individuals to the picture of them as a fusion. Alternatively, we could take a picture of a fusion and add arrows pointing to different body parts with a picture of the component character's face as an insert.
Danbooru has a number of images depicting stuff like this, actually, under the tag "chimerism." Maybe something from there would work?

Welp, not much interest here. I'm just going to hook a crowner.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerI can't look at the pics right now, but the crop I made in #25 can be subbed in for whichever of the source pics it came from.
Bump for votes, it's pretty close between the leaders.
This one's ready to call. Can someone please put up the winner? Thanks in advance. Caption or no?
Done, but no idea on a caption right now.

I could live with that, especially if it's potholed to something.
Since it is, let's lock up.

Nominations for replacement images:
Multiple headed images aren't really a good instance of this trope, as they could just as easily show Multiple Head Case. There are much better instances out there, such as Alpha from the Men In Black animated series.
