It's a man about to detonate a bunch of bombs strapped to his torso. I don't know what's in the top-right corner though. I like the image, but if someone can track down a higher quality version that would be good.

It's not bad, but a higher-quality version would definitely be better. I wouldn't mind to see some other examples.

Cull the quotes, IMO.
A search by image on Google says that there aren't any larger or clearer versions, or even one without the stuff in the corner. I haven't the tools to convincingly edit it out, either — though an inability to see what it is could just be me.

The page is way too real-lifey and the quotes don't help. Would strongly prefer a better image to touching up that one.
