Oh well this was great. Both Hitomi and Sayaka ran away from you. You did feel strange, but that was certainly besides the point. Why did they run away from you? Oh, right, you answered your question just a second before. Alright, you take in a deep breath. Remain calm, access the situation Madoka. Assess the situation.
Just act like nothing happened.
After a few moments of waiting, you run full throttle and catch up to your two friends, smiling. "Sayaka-chan, Hitomi-chan, why are you going on.. without.. me.. huff...huff..."
Sayaka turns to face you, "Madoka... are you feeling okay?" despite her feelings, she had to see if you were alright. "Are you sick? Are you running a fever?"
Hitomi remains quiet as she clasps her school bag between her fingers.

We'll need to act normal a little longer to make Sayaka and Hitomi question their sanity. Otherwise, it'll be too obvious that certain recent events weren't just their imagination. Play along and bide our time; the right opportunity will arise soon enough.

Making them question their sanity is unlikely, since they can compare notes and confirm each others' recollections. Best we're likely to get is them deciding we aren't going to go insane again any time soon.
