A small black border around the edges

I think the outline works well enough. I say swap em.

A drop-shadow won't help much without an outline. Just swap in the version with the black border.

This isn't about the main page image. This is about the Japanese flag image at the very bottom of the page.
The image is white on white background. Because of that, all you can see is the red sun. Can we switch this for something that can actually be distingueshed as a flag against a white background?
