This thread deals with all issues concerning the icons used for namespaces and their buttons, including proposals for icons for new namespaces and bugs with existing icons.
When submitting an icon, the icon images should be exactly 16x16 png with a transparent background. A gif can also be used, but png is usually better. Also, the naming convention is important. It should be the namespace in lowercase.
I am compiling a list of namespaces that need icons, and icons for those name spaces. This would be preferred to be done quickly because I've convinced Eddie to hook them up when I get them complied. I will be editing the OP as we go.

A red earhorn facing the opposite direction of Shout-Out's megaphone icon
Because it picks up the sound the megaphone makes

That could work. It’s not dissimilar to the old Referenced by.../ icon, which was a straight-up flipped Shout-Out/ megaphone. (Referenced by.../ is, I believe, one of the namespaces that lost their icons a decade ago in a site update and still haven’t gotten new icons - see here).
