- In the comic book, all four turtles have red headbands. The color-coding was added in the late-80s cartoon.
- The signature is Kevin Eastman's; he is the co-creator of TMNT.

They didn't. (Only sort of kidding; can tell them apart by their weapons but that is not always possible.)
The "permission" thing is accurate, but thought you meant if it has a signature it can't be used at all. Artist signatures are good.

No you haven't; those images were probably watermarked or had a copyright symbol, which merit insta-pulls (with some exceptions in the case of the ©).
And... Administrivia.About Images And Copyright. Signatures and "channel bugs" are fine, tho the latter should maybe be cropped off or painted out if possible.

Turtle Power has the same image as Literature.Discworld. Since the picture comes from Discworld, Turtle Power should be the one to get a new picture.
