Well obviously it wasn't a for sure statement. It's just really nice to know that someone actually said at some point "We should consider releasing this in English".

/I've not going to get my hopes up, but this is good news. Retail titles being available on the eShop would help the game's case, as it would reduce economic risk.

And on the topic of Power Rangers, yes, they do seem to be sticking to video game characters. In this case, it's a good thing for us, as the game would instantly be relegated to No Export for You status like the majority of the Super Robot Wars games because of rights issues.

another crossover game without God Hand's Gene...then again,he would DRAGON KICK EVERYONE'S ASS INTO THE MILKY WAY so,that must be way he is ignored...It would have been nice seeing Streets of Rage characters(especially Axel and Blaze)or,a more recent example,Rafael and Marie from Rhythm Thief(god,I LOVED that game!!)

Oh god, do I love Streets Of Rage. Why haven't they included any of those characters into one of their Xover games?

God Hand can be represented without going beyond that rating standard. Gene's wise cracking and Fist of the North Star action can easily fit in a family friendly capacity.

They took out the gore from Dead Rising and no one complained, I think People would love to see Rick and the Terror Mask In their Dark Comedy Glory!

Good point. Yeah, if you can take the gore out of Dead Rising and keep the essence of the greatness that is Frank West (hopefully), then you could probably do the same with Splatterhouse. They could just make the blood a different color, and emphasize Rick's twisted relationship with the Terror Mask.

My favorite part of the 2010 Splatterhouse game is Jim Cummings as the Mask, with his Black Comedy quips, but I dunno if they could get him for a handheld game like this. ;_;

On the off chance that this does get translated, which of the Sakura Wars characters would fall into Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros."?

Just Erica Fontaine from 3 if I remember correctly. Ichiro and Sakura both pop up in the one that got translated and Gemini is one of the main characters.

Actually, the reason I'm asking is because Erica debuted in a prequel OVA. I'm guess I'm really just curious about Aya-me at this point. I know there was a Sakura Wars manga that we got the first seven volumes of and several animated adaptations and I'm not sure if she appears there.

That OVA did get translated. Almost all of them did. I forgot about them.

Project X Zone come out in japan today.

Also happily for me Saya is in the game.
