"Here, use this." Gai said as he handed Murray a red key◊ of a figure resembling a samurai.

"Right, sword might help... Gai, I'm counting on you to watch my back!"

Murray inserted the key into his wrist and turned it over as a

SHIIIIIIINKENGER!

Murray's Cyber-Red armor vanished◊ as a new set appeared around him, although the right arm stayed in the robotic state. He took out a sword◊ and jumped off the roof, jabbing it into the side to slow his descent.

"Cyber-Red, Online!"

"Fine, fine..." Rain muttered, roughly shoving the catatonic girl into the rock-chair-making-girl's arms and stalking off to get a little privacy, tugging April along by one ankle as she did so. When they were sufficiently far from other people's ears, she adjusted her glasses and turned to the pixie her sister had become for... some reason. Eh, being a minigirl seemed pretty fun... just not good when your abilities revolved around melee combat.

"April, give me Gay Bulge."

The samurai-style pixie stared at her older sister for a second, trying to work out what she meant, "I know a gay man would be useless and that means... why the hell do you think the Gate of Babylon contains a dildo?"

Going beet-red in an extremely clichéd way, Rain hissed—far too loudly—a true but... awkward-sounding, to anyone else, rebuttal: "I'm not asking for sex toys! I mean the spear!"

Comprehending what Rain intended, April floated back as a golden disc appeared in the air above the waiting hands... and paused. "You have to make a promise."

"Fine, what?"

"No using its special attack without being sure it's someone you need to use it on and have a reason to. Spear wounds are easier to deal with than filling their blood vessels with iron barbs."

"Ruin my fun, why don't you... fine."

Rain spun the red spear◊ eagerly as it dropped into her arms, ending with having the lethal weapon balanced by its point on her fingertip... and held above her head. That was just showing off, which was kind of the point. It was fun.

Tachi turned on the spot. Why was Grey shouting at hi- His thoughts on the matter were soon cut off as the white haired girl slipped. The costumed boy ran to make the save, after all, he'd have to be pretty despicable to not even try.

...Unfortunately, through a combination of factors, Tachi's attempt at catching the falling girl ended up with the pair of them on the ground. At this point, Tachi coloured slightly and looked to the side to avoid eye contact. He wondered if ending up in awkward looking positions with Grey was going to be a 'once an hour' type of thing. And prayed that Valvatorez was nowhere nearby.

Anno

It was right about then that Anno realized she was still wearing the Dlanor A. Knox costume. Her hair was still in drills, even. "Um... I'll be right back."

She hurried off to the nearest private room with a source of clothing, and took off the costume before searching for an outfit. A maid costume? No... that... would be bad with Moe around... same thing with the nun outfit she had just picked up. A... giant... penguin costume? Anno supposed that was for... really big prinnies? She wasn't sure. She set that aside, continuing to dig for a costume. The next set of clothing◊ she came across... looked suitable enough. About the right size, not really revealing...

Soon enough, Anno had dressed herself and returned to the others. "Um... right... so... where were we?"

Daguva didn't even feel the blade graze his skin, but the light show did however cause the white devil to finally pay attention to Kuuga; only to send him sprawling all over the street by shooting a burst of plasma energy at him.

Grey

"...Thanks for catching me, Tach. S-sorry for trying to grab you with a giant glacial gauntlet." The girl managed to stutter out, face turned a bit and pressed on Tach's chest. She could hear his heartbeat in that position, a slightly fast tempo that raised her own anxiety. Why does this keep happening? I made a fool of myself again... Normally she would've tried to get back up as soon as possible, but at the moment her gross misuse of magic had snatched control of he muscles. I really need to learn to control these powers... "...I'm stuck." And then her face reached that familiar shade of crimson once more.

"Ah, um...i-it's okay," Tachi replied, "I probably should've known it was you. Ehehe." He hesitantly directed his gaze to the girl lying on top of him before quickly averting it again. Still, any second now, Grey would... "W-wait, you're stuck?" While Tachi would have been embarrassed by the whole 'Grey's not in any condition to get off of him' part, the fact that...well, one of his friends was apparently incapable of moving now was more than a little worrying, "W-what do you mean by that? You didn't break anything when you fell, did you?"

"Got it!" Gai said as he pulled out a gold version of that same key. "GOKAI CHANGE!" Gai said as he placed the key into his Gokai Cellular.

SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINKENGER!

Gai's suit then changed into a golden suit◊, similar to Murray's. He then got out the suit's own sword◊ and ran to Murray's side.

Homulilly stopped all telepathic messages for now. "How was that?" Homulilly asked as Deus appeared to her as Oktavia's labyrinth dissolved back into Homulilly's realm: The Time Tunnel.

"Perfect." He said.

Alicia

Surprised by Rain shoving Jenny in her arms, Alicia quickly set her down on the mini chair that she created, and simply observed the younger girl:

"Are you alright, Jenny?"

Toph

The girl slammed her hand on the table, furrowing her brows:

"I don't think you understood my proposition, Crazy Girl! We'll get you your mask, you bring Blabberbrother's dad back, and then we'll remove it and destroy it or something like that. We can't trust you with that mask."

The Master and Kios

As Kios continued to growl and yell, once again trying to break free, the Master simply chuckled, and patted "August's" head with a smile:

"Oh! We just had a better idea, and we're sure our older side will agree. Why don't we take all of the conman's family and turn them into angels?"

With a smug grin on his face, the Master approached Kios, raising his face with his bone sword:

"His pwecious little son and daughter, his lovely wife, which will become ours, and his friend-brother-whatever. We never really understood your relationship with Mutsuki. Whadda you think, Masky?"

Seren left the table, lost in thought. She really needed to fix her lack of power. Hesitantly, she called out, "N.A.V.I? Is there some kind of weapon you can generate?" She wasn't sure if this was how it worked, but hopefully some kind of voice would answer her.

"What kind of weapon do you wish?" N.A.V.I. asked Seren.

"Alicia, she doesn't want to talk right now. Let's let her have some privacy."

John put his hand on Alicia's shoulder and looked around for a Hades Party member, finding Anno.

"Right, can you tell the others to keep an eye on Jenny? We've got to tell Roy Mustang we won't be leaving after all."

Anny had heard Rain and April's little conversation and lazily floated over, smiling and admiring the spear.

"I'm sorry, but I just wanted to say that's a beautiful spear, miss. Someone must have put quite a deal of work into it. Does it have a name?"

"Gay Bulge," the twins replied with eerie synchronism, Rain turning around to look at this girl. taking everything in. Red hair—not an interesting shade of red like she would've expected, given everything else, but the kind of dull colour that got called—and bat wings. And a tail. So, almost certainly a demon of some description, though why one would be dressed in such modern clothing was... strange. Finally, there was the cleavage. Given their relative heights and positions, it was hard not to stare... but she wasn't going to, no, because that would be rude.

April, landing on her sister's head, covertly took advantage of the fact that her eyes were too small to effectively follow and looked the girl up and down as much as she wanted.

"...I'm sorry, what? Gay... Bulge? ...Honestly, I'm a succubus and I think that's inappropriate... Err, anyway... um... oh, for the love of Nayru, this is going to eat at me all night. Um, anyway, I should introduce myself..."

Anny smiled and curtsied to the two, so used to wearing skirts she didn't even remember to consider the pants. The girls were rather flat... but that often had its own charm. And that white hair was quite exotic, really.

"My name's Annabelle, but everyone calls me Anny. I'm a Hylian succubus from Mistress Etna's Netherworld. Moerin invited me to spend the night."

Daguva regarded the two insects (Gai and Murray) that stood in his path with indifference before using his power to force the plasma storm that was emanating from his body to die down, preventing the Devil from melting everything that gets within 5 meters of him.

"Heh, I'll kill you two worthless bugs with my bare hands, it's the death that you deserve for killing my Tribesmen."

Daguva then marched towards the android and the formerly Spiral-Powered pirate with the utmost confidence and arrogance.

Since when did Zelda have succubi? That was going to eat at her all night. Oh well, she may as well answer the girl, no matter how bizarre it seemed, "Rain, a human from whatever people call where she's from. April's also a human but turned herself into a pixie for some reason."

"Oi, careful," the smaller of the two said, eyeing the thumb that was dangerously close to her head. Too close, really.

Grey

"...Ngh... I can't really control my body after using magic and... yeah. Sorry for being the worst blanket ever." Grey muttered from her place atop the crossdresser, unable to even look at his face (for both mental and physical reasons). "Um... Can you please prop me up or something? Also, the others are waiting for you." Huh, his heartbeat is surprisingly fun to listen to.

Val

"Oh? Is it me or have our numbers grown once again? More guests?" The surprised vampire pondered aloud as she set foot on her basaltic kingdom once more, looking over the newcomers with curiosity.

"I... I don't want to talk about it..."

"Ah...that sounds...um, unpleasant." Tachi replied, pausing to consider unpleasant consequences of using the Magun, "...It could be worse though, ehehe." The costumed boy took a moment to try to work out the easiest way to get Grey into a more comfortable position. It seemed that the Magun had deactivated itself, probably around the time being incinerated ceased being an immediate danger. So using his right hand was completely out of the question. Soon enough, he managed to get out from under the white-haired girl. After a little bit of difficulty, he propped her up against a nearby building.

"Um, this is probably a really weird thing to say but...um...do you want me to try to carry you back?" he asked, looking away awkwardly, "I mean, I'd feel really bad if I left you out by the side of the road."

As one might expect by now, the Zora's words elicited no reaction whatsoever from the pale youth; Roy's pat on the back was met with similar silence. Knight simply looked at the aquatic denizen for a few minutes, passively allowing the tension in the air to reach a slow, seething climax - then he pulled a Ranger Key from his coat pocket with unhurried abandon and slotted it straight into the waiting form of the Mobirates already poised in his left hand.

"Gokai Change."

GOOOOOOKAIJA!

Stepping forwards, Knight dusted off his red-clad, gold-striped shoulder and placed a single white-gloved hand to his belt buckle. A single thought, an inaudible summons that echoed in the hollow, insulated confines of his mind, calling to the depths of a small, gray chest several million miles and a incalculable number of universes away -

Nothing. No Ranger Key. Another press, this time slightly more forceful. Still nothing. ShinkenRed and ShinkenGold's Keys... both gone. For a moment, Knight almost felt like taking some time to ponder this setback - then the feeling disappeared as quickly as it had appeared, and he settled back into the dull, dull clutches of monotony that had taken hold of him ever since that encounter in the afterlife.

It didn't matter. He didn't need those two, anyway. Any one of the Shinkengers' Keys would suffice. He just had to reach a little deeper...

Finally, the buckle flipped out successfully, depositing a blue Key into his hand. Raising it to chest height, Knight flipped out the figurine's top half and repeated the same, mechanical motion he had used just seconds before. The moment of indecisiveness, the realization of the error and the repetition of the action - all of it had taken place in the blink of an eye, and none of it had managed to break his apathetic composure.

SHIIIIIIIIINKENJA!!!! the announcer screamed, his voice echoing off the walls of the corridor and straight through the bars of the cell in all its glorious hamminess. Elegant in its simplicity, an angular seal shot from the opened top of the cellphone and spun towards the red-clad Ranger, molding around his form like flowing water...

Straightening slightly, the Inheritor of the Earth's Protectors stepped forwards, and the blue light that surrounded his form dissipated outwards like so many sweeping brushstrokes. He was now clad from head to toe in a blue suit that seemed to be styled after the traditional, ceremonial wear of the samurai, with a stylized 水 kanji serving as his round helmet's black visor. A golden belt with a disc-shaped buckle was around his waist, and various hints of white and black showed in his gloves, boots and neck. A gold-silver katana was hanging sheathless from said belt, secured only by a small, rectangular clasp on the side.

ShinkenBlue... Ikenami Ryuunosuke. That was what the original wielder of the sword would have said immediately afterwards, accompanied, no doubt, with the customary elaborate poses - but he was not Ikenami Ryuunosuke. He was Troy Knight... and so he remained silent.

Removing a slimmer, orange cellphone from his belt and folding it inwards with a single movement of his hand, Knight brought the Shodophone upwards and poised its black head away from him, as if to write something or other in the middle of the air.

"You will tell me where Decade is. Now." It was not a request. As he brought his hand forwards in a series of effortless, beautifully nuanced strokes, his brush trailed behind them with solid blue light, forming a single character in reverse - then he flicked it across in a decisive, final movement, and the kanji flipped around to present its true face to Griga's eyes, outlining itself in white as it did so.

Truth.

And as the word burst out into a torrent of warm, shimmering light, engulfing both Zora and human and sweeping the latter straight out of his own body and into the depths of the other's psyche, Knight realized something almost staggering in its irony.

He had no other thing on his mind.

"It's lovely to meet you both, Rain and April."

Anny smiled before groaning in frustration and looking up at Rain and April.

"I'm very sorry, but how do you spell the spear's name? It's just... well, I am a succubus, so I can't keep my mind off that name for very long."

Murray, NAG

Murray spun the disk on his sword and swung at Daguva.

"Sweet Asimov, you are the most generic of villain types!"

Kuuga was thrown like a ragdoll through the street, smashing into a barely standing pile of rubble and ending up buried in it.

Oleg, Ha'tak

The scan gone unnoticed (probably also masked by Knight using Ranger Keys) and the analysis was committed... Without much success so far.
"Ok, Roy, I've got the data, but I can't make heads or tails of it - I have no idea what universe these fishguys come from. Do you know anything more?"

Gai held his Sakanamaru and focused on Daguva. The moment he unsheathes his Sakanamaru, he'll go at a blindingly fast speed, giving a few slashes towards Daguva, but first, Daguva had to stop him from unsheathing it.

Griga's Mind

Knight would find himself on an ice covered lake, the ruins of two great castles surrounding it, burning. From one castle, a massive beast◊ was stabbing through the ice, slowly causing cracks to travel through the ice. From the other, a young man◊ fired burning arrow after burning arrow at the ice, slowly melting it down.

From the center of the ice, Griga was throwing boomerang like fins at both of the attackers, electricity sparking through them, in a futile attempt to stop the assault.

Below the ice, various events could be seen.

Nine eggs began to hatch at the bottom of a lake, and tiny Zora babies appeared in a musical burst, as several Zoras watched happily, the babies swam to one, a female that appeared to be their mother…

Griga, a young child, dives off a massive waterfall, eventually coming up, a handful of green gems in his hand…

Griga, a child, successfully knocks several bottles off a stand from fifty yards away. As he cheers, his fins come back, reattaching to his arm…

Griga, an adolescent boy, electrocutes a disgusting creature,◊ which had attempted to attack his sister, killing it…

Griga, in the Zora's version of the mid-teens, is practicing the use of a spear with a group of other Zoras, including a teenage girl…

Griga jumps out of the water, rolling over to the same girl from the last image, holding a fish…

Griga salutes an armored Zora, before placing a helmet on his head and accepting a spear.

Griga and the girl, now a woman, are wed, and have a lively dinner to celebrate…

Griga, his wife, and their family look in happiness, as eight eggs begin to hatch, in a beautiful rhythm…

Hundreds of Zora are frozen solid, trapped Zora's domain, unable move in the strange ice…

Griga hunts through the ice, desperation quickly building, until finally, he finds what he is looking for: his hatchlings. They did not survive the ice…

Griga, a little older, enters his home, and is horrified to find his wife, beaten to death, all their valuables stolen…

Griga tracks her murders to Castle Town, where a three Hylians are selling his wife's earrings…

That night, Griga electrocutes all three, paralyzing them, before slowly stabbing them to death…

A year later, Griga meets a Dai-Shocker recruitment officer. After a few days, Griga joins Dai-Shocker, intent on changing the world…
