Even if we could find a trope out of this concept (even if we wanted to *reaches for the Brain Bleach*), the title violates current rules on trope title and this is not something can can claim the protection of grandfathering in old pages.
Well, seeing as this is the beginings of a trope, more examples will be added later. But seeing as so (comparatively) few trope pages are openly about fully hentai series, this could take some time.

But as a perv who reads the kind of thing where this comes up, it's definitely a thing. Even happens in Boys' Love sometimes. The idea is that (to put it bluntly) having the guy ejaculate inside you (without a condom) is something above and beyond just the sex itself; either the ultimate humiliation or the ultimate pleasure or at least notable.
If there was some sort of Hentai Tropes wiki, it would totally belong there.

I'd say that it's a general sex trope, most commonly seen in porn.

Yeah. Porn tends to exaggerate it (as it does with most things sexual) by having it be during a rape, a 'nonconsent' (yes, that is a thing), interracial sex (especially if the lover is black) or during infidelity.
There's a trope in there. The page is just handling it badly.
