Emily Prentiss of Criminal Minds. Sheʻs no Cool Old Guy, and dressing like that in the 80ʻs didnʻt mean you were a rebel, but I like the fact that sheʻs part of the FBI now. The top picture is her high school photo. According to That Other Wiki she had an abortion at fifteen.

[snatched the paper from Garcia]
Prentiss: What'd you do to it?
Garcia: Do?
Prentiss: You obviously aletered it in photoshop or something.
[shows the photo to Garcia]
Prentiss: That hair?
Garcia: Oh, no, Pussycat. That - that's all you. Garfield High, Class of '89.
Prentiss: [looking at the photo again] You really didn't change anything?
Garcia: I hacked it, as is. You're seriously trying to tell me you don't remember rocking that look?
Reid: Perhaps your lack of recognition stems from a dissociative fugue suffered in adolescence. Say, at a Siouxsie and the Banshees concert?

Also that image is very large, it could easily be a lot smaller.
