I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.
This is why YMMV.Home Page is getting the preferences.
However, 12 votes are not much for such a sweeping change. I'd wait for some more.

Sorry about not responding to any of the previous hollers; I can't speak for the others but when I saw this thread I didn't understand the goal of the thread the first few times so I was reluctant to take any action.

No issue. In fact, I should also apologize for sending that many hollers in a short time.
I've recreated the current YMMV page in YMMV.Home Page and already shifted a few wicks there, but it's hard to pull out the legit ones in all the misuse. I'll deal with the subpages and redirects now; some are no longer needed, others should be merged or rewritten or redirect-shifted.

Septimus: The Main.Home Page index is for the variations on, and translations of, the site's main Home Page, not for the pages that explain the various namespaces. I've removed YMMV.Home Page from that index.

OK. Any objections to swap in Sandbox.YMMV into YMMV and to leave only the index part of YMMV there so that the flagging still works, until the required tech change is done?
