An accidental falsehood is not the same as a deliberate lie.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Random thought I had:
Yeah, unwritten rule number one: follow all the unwritten procedures. - Camacan
Clever.
I love that one! So simple, yet so perfect!
Those last two are great.
The image of nothing would be the best image for the page.
"I know where I am, I just don't know where I am in where I am." - MeWould we need a real blank space image or just the caption in the place images always go?
Putting the caption under the quote leaves a gap where an image might go.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!That looks good.
What about multiple "wrong" color words? pink, blue, etc.
(It is fine as-is though. +1)

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. How about this? It's a classic painting by Magritte.

Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! That's already an image for Postmodernism, picked by a previous IP thread. But I like it though.

"Learning without thinking is labor lost. Thinking without learning is dangerous."It's also perfectly true - it's an image of a pipe.
Yeah, unwritten rule number one: follow all the unwritten procedures. - CamacanThat's the standard explanation by people who don't understand the painting.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Ah, Po Mo. Anyways, the missing image is good.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!That one has my vote!
Maybe add a pothole(maybe to Self-Demonstrating Article) to the caption, so it is easier to see.

I don't like the image-less option. It only makes sense if you're expecting an image to be there. Anyone who stumbles onto this page and isn't used to the site is just going to be confused. It might work if there were even more empty space. Or maybe it it were something like "Pictured above: two horses playing chess" just so it's totally obvious. After all, it's supposed to be "blatant".

This picture has been there for as long as I can remember, but it's not even an example, it's just a "Blind Idiot" Translation. Unless there are better suggestions, I say this page doesn't need an image.
