By being an overworked Type-A maniac, pretty much. If there's something that needs to be done, or something I have to make known to a professor, I feel completely obligated to do it. Like I could never just sit back and ignore something that I think needs changing (like an inaccurate curriculum), so I just end up getting more and more involved...
