So, I have determined that the Russel Stover's Kris P. Pretzel chocolate rabbit is a remarkably sophisticated confection for a novelty item from a mid0range chocolatier. Despite the name, the inclusion is milled too finely to alter the texture noticeably, but the cereal and salt notes do a very good job of keeping it from being too sweet.
