Other questions: Who strikes first, and if the Muton strikes last, is it prevented if your strike is fatal?
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."IIRC the Muton's melee counter will deny you a chance to hit if it procs.
Fun fact: You can still Bladestorm any Muton who runs into bayonet range and not get countered this way.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Bladestorm, when you look at. It, basically a counter-attack anyway. Also, it seems that when connect, counter -attack will get priority over normal melee attack.
Someone on a forum Elsewhere reported that terrain destruction caused a forklift to fall through a collapsing ceiling and instantly crush a Gatekeeper to death.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Ding, Dong, The Wicked Orb of ADVENT is now dead!
...Should find better reference now.
My reaction to that was WRYYYYYYYYY~
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! With the stasis power, you could even have the ZA WARUDO to hold it in place for a turn before dropping the forklift. :D
Standing on the edge of the crater...What was a forklift doing on the roof.
Also stasis makes you imortal so it wont work.
I meant stasis on the turn before dropping it, just like in the meme, where the time stop ends before dropping a heavy vehicle on top of the target.
Standing on the edge of the crater...I have never seen the meme >.<
I made one based on a character who is partially based on myself. Does that count? Haven't had much of a chance to use her, though, thanks to character pool RNG.
FE: Genealogy Story Run 7PM PT Sun, Mon, Fri; Expert Unicorn Overlord 7PM PT Wed, Thurs: http://www.twitch.tv/kuroitsubasatenshiI've just gotten to near end-game, and damn, Councilman went out like a total Bad Ass. Game seems somewhat easy once you get the final armor upgrades on normal mode, so I'll definitely be playing on Veteran next. Along with whatever other options are unlocked after beating the game.
Power of mods
Yes, Shrek mods exist in the Workshop
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!I guess XCOM ran out of ominous names for their operations.
FE: Genealogy Story Run 7PM PT Sun, Mon, Fri; Expert Unicorn Overlord 7PM PT Wed, Thurs: http://www.twitch.tv/kuroitsubasatenshiJust to note, you CAN melee mutons successfully, but I have no clue when does counterattack trigger :P So like is it when attack misses or is it like dodge so its additional chance to happen when you hit one?
Apparently, there's a 1/500 chance of the Operation name just including Chicken. The programmer even wrote a note for its code saying sometimes they just want to use chicken.
I think it's just a flat random chance whether the muton counters or not.
Finally beat my first playthrough on Veteran :D
Stalled out a bit to get total global coverage and all the regional bonuses.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Just met my first sectopod. It was intimidating at first, but then it stood up. This basically summarizes my reaction.

Seriously, build more of them guys.
There used to be a signature here. Destiny Player List: http://pastebin.com/qU6teNfD Raid Info: http://pastebin.com/c4cxrh7iQuestion: Do they explain how the victory ending of EU led to the aliens winning, or do they assume that you got your ass kicked in the last game (not a bad assumption, considering I'm gonna try Classic Ironman soon...)?
please call me "XionKuriyama" or some variation, thanks! | What is the good deed that you can do right now?Is there any way to guarantee a Codex spawn? I need to skulljack one.
^ XCOM 2 takes place in a continuity where Xcom lost the war. Details are vague but from what I can tell:
- The main divergence point is that you lost the base defense.
- Xcom lost before they could field skeleton suits.
- ME Cs were already planned, but never made.
- They had seen berserkers, chryssalids, and Ethereals.

#IceBearForPresidentCan you skulljack a Codex? I thought it only worked with ADVENT troops. Maybe you are confusing things? If it is part of the quest that makes you build a skulljack in the first place then you need to use it on an officer. Then a Codex will spawn for you to kill.
Is Muton counter always trigger when melee-attacked? I remember slashing a Muton once without problem...
Give me cute or give me...something?
