Yeah I know, the big announcment there was Gungnir and (probably) Growlanser 4.
From Japan, the only real option for a tease like that is Persona 5, really. Though a regular SMT game would be cool too. Persona 5 would be preferred between the two, just because we got our regular SMT game back in 2010, and Persona 4 was back in 2008.

They moved on from Persona 3 to Persona 4. Persona 4 the remake (OK fine) Persona 4 the Anime (Uhh...OK) Persona 4 the Fighting Game (Weird, but fine) Persona 4 the spin off manga (huh?) Persona 4 the spin off novels (wha?) Persona 4 the Play (WTF) Persona 4 the Calender (OK this one doesn't exist. To my knowledge)
Seriously though, I expect a new SMT of some kind (whether it be SMT5, a new Devil Summoner game, new Persona, or even If...2* ) but I expect be pleasantly surprised.

Trinity Soul wasn't really a "P3 anime".
Trinity Soul was more of a spin off, and it's connections to P3 were..strained, at best. (Igor and Akihiko make cameos. That's about it.) Persona 4 The Animation, on the other hand, is an outright animated adaptation of Persona 4. But I'm getting off topic. Sorry.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that "that title you've been waiting for" is, in fact, a game called That Title You've Been Waiting For, which is an RPG about a bunch of game geeks who "level up" through various activities so that they'll be ready when the game they're waiting for comes out.
