I can see why they changed it though. Maybe not this much, but the original story involves the Devil's Mirror shattering and getting stuck in a kid's eye. Oh, and there's kind of a shotacon thing going on, if I understood the ages of the characters right.
Not Three Laws compliant....okay, Anna looks way too much like Rapunzel for my liking. If her face gets a major redesign overhaul, I'll be much happier. And Elsa looks fine except for her hair. It almost looks mullet-ish to me. Are these pics confirmed not to be final character designs?
update: I have no idea if this is true, but someone anonymous posted on tumblr that "[the posters] were posted on an Argentinian site by a guy who makes fake posters for fun. (jphomeentertainment) Yes, they are fake"

Ah, good to know.
Yeah I got word that not only are these not the final designs, but they are totally fake!! Wow they sure fooled us.
The posters are fake but they are based on real designs, which the artist somehow had access to. The Rotoscopers, which also have access to some concept art, have confirmed this.
Of course, I'm not sure if people are objecting to the designs or the character models, which do not look polished, just being fanart after all, and will certainly not be the final look of the characters. Anna in particular is drawn very badly, what did the artist do to her face?
DogmanI will say this: Those were some mighty impressive fakes.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaSo when exactly is this planned to come out?
Late November of this year.
Looking for some stories?Cool. Can't wait for it. I enjoyed Tangled and Brave, so hopefully Frozen won't disappoint.
I'm assuming we'll see the trailer around the time Monsters University comes out?
I treat all living things equally. That is to say, I eat all living thingsThe concept art, I can't tell if it's hand drawn or not.
Hand drawn is slowly becoming a dying breed.
Magic people, voodoo people! The concept art is hand drawn but the film itself isn't.
I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can.Tangled wasn't hand-drawn, and I loved that, so I don't mind either way.
The last hurrah? Nah, I'd do it again. From what I remember Tangled still emulates the feel of a hand drawn film in some ways doesn't it(having a softer, more fluid animation than previous cgi films).
I treat all living things equally. That is to say, I eat all living thingsAnd the backgrounds looked like they were painted at some points.
I loved his score for Paperman so this is a plus.
I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can.Bleh, I wish the film was done in the style of Paperman. I really, really want a movie that looks like that. Too late for Snow Queen though.
I think they've said that they're working on that technique, its just not there yet.
It's there enough for me.
Depends on how long it takes to do. It seems that right now, it would be a lot more time consuming than normal CGI.
Not Three Laws compliant. The development reel they have online gives me the impression that it's a LONG process!
I say opposite. Elsa looks fine, while Anna looks almost like she's Derping
