So nobrony had Krastos the Glue Maker stuff poster here?

This is my idea for him:

Earth Pony, male, dark (grey, black, brown) coat and mane. He is producer of glue, marshmallows and any other stuff made from ponies. He don't do this on mass scale because all resources what he have are ponies who he killed. Besides obsession about that stuff he have personality similar to mix between Hannibal Lecter and Johnny the Homicidal Maniac. And he like to wear clothes made 100% from pony material. And thinks he is Alicorn, have glued Unicorn horn to his head and fake wings made from Pegasus feathers.

@Death Cloud: Let me see if I can help you get up to speed. The foils are a team of six stallions based in Hoofington, picked by Luna to do missions and help spread her ideals as the "Elements of Redemption"

Moon Beam is the leader and the brains. He's from Canterlot and was one of Twilight;'s classmates from Celestia's school, but isn't well thought of du to his conspiracy theories.

Pig Iron is a unicorn metal sculpter who's from a wealthy family of jewelers, but rejected all that to live as a common pony and is rather crude.

Smoke Screen is a pegusus fire fighter and member of the militia. He's very into honour and history and will lay down his life for others but hates attention.

Check Up is a pegusus doctor who had his wing mauled by a rabbit and is now flightless and afraid of animals. He is also a bit of a Jerk with a Heart of Gold.

Big Rig loves travelling. He's an earth pony from Pony!Canada who transports logs and helps out at his fiance's inn. He'sa good story teller and a gentle, nice guy.

Chuckles is an earth pony former criminal who gave up his voice to learn miming powers.

That's a very rough start. There's much more.

EDIT:

Remember how Moon is supposed to be the magical equivalent of a computer and electronics expert? What would his most commonly carried gadgets?

Also...if a computer hacker can hack into databases...should that mean then that Moon can overcome nearly any magical lock or barrier if given time? Obviously some are beyond him (like the princesses personal vaults), but any magic defence created by a regular unicorn could be overcome by him if he has the time to magically 'hack' it?

In my ghost story...he has an enchanted type writer. You simply dictate to it, and it types out what you said...except in the story, it's broke.

We're getting to levels where I think others should weigh in abot whether or not it fits Equestria's tech level.

Yeah the tape recorder might be pushing it.

Then again...they have DJ decks...

My Dragon headcanon.

They don't have much of society, they have solitary lifestyle, adult gather only during migrations, what's mane purpose is reproduction (but they can do this outside migration cycle). Adults taking care of newborn dragons only for short time (well for dragons), later offspring while still being baby dragon it need to take care for it self alone. In that stage it can form group with other young dragons. However at this stage even baby dragon is quite intelligent and can survive, when it needed it can grow in SOME episode style. Also dragon female can laid tens or hundred eggs, most of them don't survive to reach adulthood. Adult dragons care only about themselves and their territory, most time they don't attack others beyond times of finding food, but they are extremely territorial and can attack anything what reach their lair, especially other dragons, even baby dragons. They rarely interact with each other but it's possible, but they never form any bigger group. While they don't have usually any leaders they can respect authority of old, big, strong and powerful dragons. They have somedragon what can be considered to be something like old and great dragon kings.

They had 3 races similar to ponies. Winged (like Pegasus), wingless (like EP) and magical one (like unicorn).

Winged we all know (all other dragons are this breed). They travel most time (thank to wings), and showing up in most of places in world (that why only they showed up in show). They are most solitary race of dragons. They are fastest and most agile breed. They have some air and wind related powers. They are most mean and aggressive race.

Wingless dragons. Spike race. They don't travel much. They are little bigger and much stronger (but slower) than rest of races. They have connection with earth and living creatures, what can make them more friendly to ponies for example (but they are not immune to stuff like greed instinct). They have some earth related powers (like causing earth quakes). They least solitary breed and almost developed some sort of society. And that (or more like their "leader") formed alliance with Equestria, part of what was giving egg for ponies to hatch (Spike was only first).

Magical dragons (previously they were horned dragons in my headcanon, similar to unicorns but last episode showed many horned and winged ones, I'm not sure what part of body could make them unique). They little smaller and much weaker than rest but they have magical powers (something like D&D dragons), and some of them can be really powerful mages. But it typical dragon from this races can be easy beat by dragons from other races. They are rarest of breeds. They are more social than winged dragons but more mistrustful towards non dragons.

Each race have something like dragon king who is extremely old (even for dragons), big (Ursa Major big) and powerful (can really match with Celestia and Luna power level). If want they can can group, unite and lead their race (in special circustamces). They are equivalent of Princesses for dragons, but in past there was dragon who was member of dragon version of alicorns. But that dragon went mad and evil and ended destroyed by creatures like Celetia or Luna (their equivalents of other races). Powers of that dragon were divided and inherited by those 3 dragons.

interesting, I'd like to hear how that whole Alicorn Dragon thing occurred in detail, it sounds fascinating. Also, does the greed effect reduce intelligence for all dragons, or just wingless? And does most of this take place within Equestria's borders, in a Dragon Nation, or scattered across various other nations along the borders and less inhabited lands, ignoring the laws of all nations without officially establishing their own?

I don't have much details of that, maybe after I star writing my fic, because that will be important stuff for relations between dragons and every other nations. Many dragon resent Celestia and other leaders for that stuff.

Dragons don't have anything like "Dragon Nation". Wingless and Magic Dragons are mostly in one area, Winged are more scattered across world.

And they don't care for any law. But they usually don't bother anyone and don't want to bother.

Penguin headcanon:

Based on G1 Penguins. They are Vestigial Empire, decadent, corrupt and falling apart, far from it's former glory. They are based (I hate that race but in form they sound interesting) on Centauri from Babylon 5, when you think about it Centauri look like humanisation of Penguins. In past they were powerful empire on North Continent, their emperor was powerful being on Celestia tier responsible for cold and winter, but went mad with power and turned evil (that stuff happen a lot), and almost created worldwide ice age. He and his empire was defeated by other races. As punishment this race lost it's place in world balance, no other Penguin Emperor had that power after that and their empire is in decline.

On related note: My headcanon for Doctor Whoof version of Daleks. Eyeap, they are peunguin. Or more like Kaleds were Skaro Penguins. Fascist state, but that really bad (like original) only their version of Darvos, rest was Not So Different when compared pony version of Thals. And Daleks are mutation of those penguins who later become nemesis for Doctor Whoof. Their weapon instead firing extermination ray it fire freeze ray (but not in Harmless Freezing way).

Egophiliac's Woonastuck tumblr has them inhabiting the moon, though in my opinion they just became that way through magic.

Well, I was thinking that they became that way after several generations of having to. . .hmm, "guard" Tartarus after the whole Nightmare Moon incident.

That or it was a product of Luna's "dark powers" when she first became Nightmare Moon.

In my headcanon they are result of Luna magic. Just like those identical Pegasus or Unicorn guards. It's like part of their uniform.

Twilight can make Fluterponies (in hard process for short time). Princesses can make permanent small army this way.

So, I've been doing some little projects on the side. One of them is creating a trio of scientist type ponies:

A Pegasus Chemical Engineer named Noxious...

A Unicorn Clock Punk Enginner named Pendulum...

And an EP Zoologist, currently unnamed.

This is mostly an artwork project atm. All I need is a name for the zoologist...he's big, mighty, and Austrailian btw. And has all kinds of scary monsters at hoof.

Hmm, since he is supposed to be Austrailian, why not Bush Razor? Actually I'm not sure if that is a good name.

I don't know, my only suggest is to try to work Bush into the name somehow, since, you know, Australian.

Do you have any idea of what origin story you are going to go with?

Also, I've got easter off, so I plan to have a lot of foil stuff done over the break. Including some rough drafts of her first encounters.
