Hmmm confused on Mostly Narmless really seems to me that it's Narm dialog with good delivery, is that right?

Think we might have to take this to TRS?
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.

I'm confused as to what each trope is, let alone the distinction between them...

- Narm: Narm, therefore bad.
- Narm Charm & Mostly Narmless: Narm, yet good.
- Narm Charm: Good because it's narm. Redeeming point: Funny.
- Mostly Narmless: Good despite the narm. Redeeming point: Good delivery.
I think, anyway.

The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.

I had to change the quote on Narm Charm, because it was actually an example of Mostly Narmless. I know the names aren't that clear (which is for later on TRS), but the difference is Mostly Narmless looks by all right to be Narm, but avoids it, while Narm Charm actually is narmy, but you like it anyway.
So which trope does the picture fall under? Does it avoid narm, or likable despite the narm? The caption looks to be the former.
