Saint Anger. It's an unholy, sloppy, scrappy mess of an album. But fuck, it's full of raw emotion and frustration and makes me want to lift weights.

I'm generally not a Motley Crue fan but this is one of their songs I like. The song has so much energy it's hard NOT to get pumped while listening to it.

My brother says that The Stroke, by Billy Squier gets him pumped. It doesn't do it for me (probably because the song's about getting duped by the music business), but it is a great song and maybe it'll work for you.

"Eye of the Tiger" was already mentioned, but while we're on the subject of Rocky, I'd recommend the trope-naming, montage-worthy Gonna Fly Now, and one of the songs it inspired, the menu theme for Punch Out
