RPs You And I Want To See

I have a couple of ideas, but nothing specific enough to build a whole campaign around. I might be willing to help run things with some guidance though.

Hmm, I wonder if I should just make an interest check thread, describe my idea there, and just be upfront that I would want help with G Ming and coming up with specific plot details.

Looks like my initial RP thoughts turned to a Survival Horror one. Not bad.

I've kinda had a roleplay plot bunny spawn inside my head and it won't go away so I'm going to write it out here and see if I'm just plain nuts or if there is any possible value in this idea.

Anyways I was watching Girls Und Panzer and it struck me it could be adapted fairly easily to an RP...although the slight problem of having multiple people needing to crew it did raise a problem. Now, I'm also a major fan of Mobile Suit Gundam as I was watching the show, I kept replacing the mobile city carrier with a space colony out there in orbit and the idea sprung from there.

What about an RP, set aboard a fairly small space colony, which has an academy that’s down on its luck? Now, there are a good number of these space academies around and they compete in martial combat with mobile suits for competition?

Well, I did create an interest thread for my Quest 64 Roleplay. It's also in my sig, but eh. Always hoping for more players.

I've had the idea for some kind of Wheel of Time RP floating around in my head for a while though I've never really sat down and tried to get a focus on the where and when in the series timeline. The recent release of the fourteenth book only amplified this urge.

Just about any RP with customizable real-robots. Tournament style is optional but greatly appreciated.

I've had an idea for a Warrior Cats RP where the Clans are destroyed through X catastrophe and the survivors have to band together to go make their own Clan (so it's not people R Ping four different Clans all at once), but I have no time to run an RP and I dunno if anyone would be interested.

I'm pretty new so I don't know if this has been done before, but it might be cool to have an RP based ok the D&D or D20 system. I know that the Maid RP Gs are close, but I haven't really seen any with the game engines I mentioned. I should note that I have barely played any D&D and only recently found out about D20, so I wouldn't know how to start this type of RP.

Figured this would be the best place, but are the majority of the games here fan-fic and/or crossover events? Admittedly Inner Being was unimaginative when comparing it to other works, but I just wanted to confirm if fan-fic/crossovers are a majority.

Anyways, would anyone be interested in a playing a game of demons and angels? The initial concept in mind was a boarding school setting filled with ridiculous amounts of secrets ("Seriously, why are there Sylphs and mutant fire-breathing rats in the wall?"). I can give/flesh out more information if anyone would be interested.

Crossover roleplays attract people because they're open to a wider audience, so you don't have to know the specific franchise and play by its rules.

Would anyone join a game called "Of Angels and Demons" because I figured it wouldn't be interesting enough of a title. Of course, a game called The Eternity Matrix makes you think "Time hijinxs" and not "Angels and Demons."

Anyways, are there keywords that Tropers look for when joining or avoiding a RP? I don't want to give an idea of mine a bad name and have it suffer because of that.

How's about a toku game (Sentai, Metal Hero, Power Ranger, other toku shows) with survival horror thrown in the mix?

I dunno, I don't think those would mix well with survival horror. Mostly because the characters would probably just stomp right through whatever they had to survive, with little if any horror. But that's just me.

True. Although this one would emphasize trying to stay alive by making sure you're not dead.

On the Survival Horor boat, I thought it would be fun to make an RP that's basically zombie survival, but with Pokemon instead of zombies.
